I love how Nuñez shut up Josh about Steve's free handed portrait. Someone just needs to shut his ego and criticism of better artwork than he could do. Honestly I would choose Steve over Josh any day because at least Steve is decently humble and kind while Josh is just a smartass who has a huge ego

His cover up was horrific yet wasn’t out in the bottom over B Tat’s whose was just wonky but still readable. It was clear they kept Al on because he caused drama Both Jeremy AND Bili got passes for incomplete tattoos (I know it wasn’t there fault their canvases tapped out but still) and the judges played favorites with Shane O’Neill who don’t get me wrong is talented but did pretty much nothing but black and gray. I don’t have an issue with O’Neill winning but Tommy was more versatile. Also love the part of having Shane’s canvas sudden have a rash and the guess judge replacing him for Shane with a new stencil was clearly scripted. Season 2-4 was probably peak Inkmaster but even they still had problems. Mike Tucji being sent home over Trey or Lalo, Jamie being harassed for not having tattoos, Ron and Clint being dicks to TJ for his back problems, Clint being whiny, Sebastian over Tatu Baby, Craig not being eliminated on black and gray when he used white and then being eliminated for black and gray on pin up day even tho his pin up was more proportional than Tatu Baby’s or the other guys’s, Jime over Jackie when he didn’t do Poison Ivy for DC comic day, etc. Inkmaster is enjoyable but it’s always been extremely flawed and to me is more of a guilty pleasure. The most recent season has improved some things not overplaying the drama but there are still problems with judging being inconsistent. Like they criticized Katie’s Goya tattoo for being too creepy when that’s how the painting is, Deanna being sent home (tho i read it was really for medical reasons but don’t know why they didn’t just say so) and Hiram going home over Holli’s ugly capybara pin up. I really wish it was more like Face Off or Forged in Fire where it focuses on the artistry and have a consistent judging standard. The first part is does it hit the challenge and second does it look appealing. If it doesn’t meet the challenge they’re automatically eliminated. Also I do think the producers should vet the canvases more. It seems like this season the canvases aren’t as confrontational which is a positive because it’s BS when great artists get eliminated for their canvas being unreasonable.
Steve was my pick to win that season. It's very interesting to see the evolution of inkmaster. The production value definitely has increased over the years.
I have always liked Steve - and I do not like assholes. Steve is that guy that might seem like a jerk when initially meeting him, but I bet that Steve is a true and loyal friend to everyone that gets past that initial impression. You can see it when you watch him on all the Ink Master shows/videos. The guy has heart.
I just love that zombie hand in the snake tattoo very similar to things i tend to draw . he has so much originality compared to the majority on here who rely on copy paste reference
Coach Steve low key was the Jimmy Johnson of S10. He brought a lot of heart and of course horror throughout the competition. Side note: thought I saw a younger Fame sitting behind the judges table at the S2 finale.
I love Steve’s work, but I kind of think it was a little weird how James was dinged for doing what he loved and most comfortable with, but Steve got high praise for doing something he was most comfortable with for his master canvas.
Some atheists (like myself) don't discount the idea that jesus actually existed. That said, we/I don't believe he's the son of God, or even have anything to do with God other than claiming whatever he may have about it and simply being a good person in a dark time. Or he's wearing it ironically. Or maybe not an atheist. I suspect these are all possibilities...

I Used to work in the smokeshop next to 12 Tattoo's called Northern Lights. If you don't know 12 Tattoo's, it's the ink shop Steve owns in Groton, CT. He eventually moved out of the space next door due to covid and the price of rent. He would stop in every once in a while between breaks on some of his longer projects. He had some issues, like all people do. But he really took advantage of the people working under him, which was awful. All the other people who worked under him were very chill and friendly, like Tommy, Steven and Bree. Hope they are all doing well.
I was beyond relief when Steve won. I always hated how competitors that have been killing it all along get sent home when they mess up like one time like Tatu Baby did. The judges should judge based off of overall report cards.
Steve is crazy talented! I was pretty sure he was going to win his season! While a large part of me was hoping to see Sarah win, I was thrilled it was Steve! I had to Google search it, so if anyone else is wondering, Steve’s green ribbon (seen in the season 2 finale) is for mental health awareness. As one with struggles, thank you Steve. Not all illnesses are visible.

The flash challenge against the other ink masters, to me, is one of the best tattoos ever done in ink master. Steve kicks ass.
