Great attention to detail in your video! I thought it could have a 2nd part explaining the bed they chose & cost.

@@rvhaulers I just binged 30 of your videos in 3 days. 🤩. How do I contact you, I’m getting ready to want to custom purchase order a new Volvo & have you convert it to haul a 43’ Riverstone Legacy. Also, will it be possible to put a Drom box & a 4 door Jeep? Btw. I do have my CDL

Greg - What a terrific video! Yes, it was long (47:28) but so worth it. My knowledge of big rigs is virtually non-existent, but I felt like I was receiving one-on-one training.
Ruby is a spectacular vehicle, and Tim and Julie are getting a truck that is better than new because of all the time and effort you spent to insure that every part and component functions as expected. No surprises!
If you don’t mind, I have a few questions:
Question #1: How many miles did Ruby have on her when you found her? Do you have a do-not-exceed mileage number in your head when you are looking for potential new builds?
Question #2: Approximately how long did the overall process take - from when you obtained Ruby until she was ready for delivery to Tim and Julie?
Question #3: The ten-page checklist (with pricing) is awesome. It provides an excellent history of the modifications, enhancements, solved problems, inspections, et al. What is the significance of the color coding of certain individual tasks or steps?
Question #4: When Tim and Julie arrive to meet Ruby, how long would you expect their training/orientation to last?
Comments: (1) I would have liked to have seen the engine compartment. The rest of the truck looks so shiny and new, I imagine the engine compartment looks just as good. (2) The drom box is another of your engineering marvels - from its design, hardware, coatings and paint, to the LED lights (you can never have too much light). (3) Addressing Tim and Julie directly during the video was a wonderful touch. Yes, they will spend a lot of money on their RVHaulers truck, but they are receiving a lovingly produced, quality product accompanied by unequaled service and support.
Congratulations, sir! Well done! Lou from Georgia.

      Hi Lou!
Wow, you clicked on a pretty long video didn't you? I was really worried that when I made this one public I might scare folks. Buuuuut, for the folks that might like to see the level of detail I get into, it is realistic.
Thanks so much for your input, and interest in my channel and builds.

Greg, I've always been a big follower of your channel & we have spoken a couple of times. As a full time RVer I have to say. Always loved your builds. I've been watching this long video. and I'm a details guy. So I plan on watching it all the way through and still do. But as I watched this video, I have some questions I'd prefer to ask in privately. please call or messenger me when you find the time in you busy schedule, I truly do plan to purchase and HDT Volvo from you when it's time, no matter how. In some way, may I feel this video may have backfired a little bit, but in the long run, it shows that you truly care about what you do. Yes, Rv'rs can be. Do it yourselfers and don't have to have all those things done for them, unless they choose to and or have the budget. Hope to hear from you.

      Hello Ed.
Thanks for your HUGE patience in watching this video. I made it primarily for the customers so they could see their RVHauler before they came. As a follower of my channel, I thank you and also appreciate comments and feedback on how I can get better. I want to make the videos "just right" for all kinds of viewers.
I am ready for questions sir!
I have gone through my contacts list, and I must have your contact information misfiled. Can you call me please?
