Those gulp pinched crawlers are great in pinched situations when the bite can be tough. As always, Beautiful creek and scenery as well on this one. Another solid vid Kev. 👍🏼
Some great catches, awesome!!! Where I live (Charlotte, NC area) there is no local trout fishing (except for one pond that gets stocked once a year and there are a 1000 people waiting there the morning it gets stocked) but a 2 hour drive west into the mountains or up in the north part of the state there is numerous great trout fishing locations so I am hoping to make some road trips after the holidays and into the spring to do some trout fishing. What brand weighters are those that you have on in this video?
I would try a jerkbait or minnow imitations. When brown trout are spawning, it’s essential to use lures that mimic their natural prey and take advantage of their aggressive or territorial behavior during this time. These imitate baitfish or leeches, which brown trout often target. Spinners and Spoons Flash and vibration irritate spawning trout, prompting aggressive attacks.
Thanks for posting. Good video
Thanks for watching!

I've caught some nice rainbow on rooster tails.
They can be really effective.
I use the same technique w/ a 1 1/2” gulp minnow in the smelt color on a 1/64 oz bismuth jig. Very effective in our SC PA creeks.
That's awesome, I love using the small jigs in the creeks!
Is this in Boise?
No, I'm in northeast Pennsylvania. Thanks for checking out the video!

I tried getting my local browns and they are REALLY not wanting to bite. The spawn is in full swing.
