My theory+prediction of how Cross Guild orchestrated the second Impel Down Breakout and Doflamingo+Moria joining the group: After escaping Hachinosu Moria and Perona head to join Karai Bari Island to join the group(for their own safety and survival). The group head to Impel Down and use Perona Ghost-Ghost powers to render the staff useless, like she did in Hachinosu. Magellan is easily defeated, along with the rest of jailers. They free Doflamingo and invite him join Cross Guild, as one of the officers(along with Moria). Then they free all the prisoners of the prison, recruiting a few well known+powerful inmates as well(from the past). The new members: Jack, Queen, Ulti, Black Maria, Who’s-Who, Sasaki, Page One, Perospero, Sugar, Dellinger, and Arlong. The rest of the Donquixote Family were recaptured by Magellan, except Senior Pink who escapes with Bon Clay(being both friends with one of the Straw Hats). King decides to stay, still being loyal to Kaido. Now with Doflamingo, Moria, and escaped prisoners…they’re more powerful than ever!!!🏴☠️🤡🪝⚔️✂️🕶️
I think doffy will join crossguild with Magellan.. doffy will escape prison tro Magellan who is now demoted to vice warden.. Magellan will join pirate for the reason of VPs testimony about WG greed. We don't have Magellans background yet but about his justice it'll be fun him join force with mihawk, crocodile and doffy
Dolflamingo only hidden agenda is to lay in waiting for the perfect opportunity to rise to the level of a celestial dragon once more and challenge the halfwits that call themselves celestials and hopefully be the Rightful hier to the empry thrown: which we all know luffy doesn't desire the position of despite wanting to be Pirate King! And doflimingo knows very well with a bounty on the bavks of the Cross Gild, he can really benefit from that collab. One the other hand, he knows the unrefined justice of the SWORD group that Coby and others are apart of and their agenda of toppling corruption in the world government; helps to put him in the position of Admiral just as the world government's structure of authority is being upset by Koby and other SWORD members!! This would give him the opportunity to get close to the celestial with a group of capable warlords that can help him carry out his own plans of assassinating every one of the celestial dragons and seizing Authority from SWORD by using his own pirate crew formed in impel down! I think he's pulling the tricks kaido pulled when he was young and allowed the navy to capture every time he needed food supplies and man power. Ie. (King the Wildfire)
