I care about you as a person, and ( just know that you are listening to a hypocrite telling you these things I'm about to tell you; I don't honor them always as I should ) I very much urge you to listen to this to the finish: The scriptures tell us that Jesus Christ died for people's sins- I speak for all who are children of God through faith in Jesus the Christ and His gospel, which can be thought of as being the story of Jesus's life, His purposes for being sent, and what He accomplished to win our salvation: now receive the knowledge of this truth: that our nature is sinful and that we have transgressed God and owe Him a debt of justice to be repaid; ( being hell; just forget your human logic behind justice ); we all are sinners and by default are due for the judgement of our sin, but with God's remarkable free gift of justification and forgiveness, with the work of Christ's life, the death+punishment and resurrection from the dead, being the "means" you could say, for this salvation of ours (the believers) to be won for us: whoever will have their faith ( and, according to my interpretation that this is not just a hearing of the facts, and claiming to yourself or to others "I believe it" with your mouth, and doesn't cause you to live according to the life Christ set out for us; but this rather is a faith that cries out to God "have MERCY on me!" and depends on Him ( Jesus and His finished work ) as your only hope for forgiveness and being saved, that through Him, you'll be pardoned from the Judgement of your Sins by God, because of His finished work, in what He came into this life to do, and you be reborn, ( a change of heart about your life and reality with your new knowledge of the truth, the truth that sets you free ) and be saved! Now, being a believer is not wearing a cross chain or putting a cross bumper sticker on your car or reposting some Christian meme on your phone; in fact there's so many people who *think* they're Christian, but they're living a lie, and that's scary. Faith without works is dead, and although we are saved by faith alone, the faith that SAVES is NEVER alone; thats like claiming you trust someone to catch you, but you won't do the trust fall to let them catch you; now if you believe Jesus, live according to the life he set out for us. ( we won't be perfect at it though ). Upon believing, once God marks you as His Own with the presence of the Holy Spirit ( the Spirit and power of God) in your heart, which will dwell within you!, this will bring about a life, bearing fruits for God! And you will be reborn as a new creature! With a renewed heart, no longer being a slave to your own sin but now walking by the Spirit ( described by the Bible as being a Comforter, Teacher, and Convictor of your sin to your conscience ) and not by the flesh (the will of your sinful self, and passions contrary to the things of God). Basically in simpler terms that with being born again, with the Holy Spirit entering you forever, the Holy Spirit will influence your conscience/heart, prompting you away from walking in the deadness of the ways of your sin ( albeit, we won't be perfectly successful at it in this life; the Bible says that the Spirit is willing but the flesh is weak; the Spirit and the flesh do battle against each other in the being of a person; we won't go on to be sinless, but surely we will sin - LESS, because Christ came not only to save us from the consequence of sin, but also from the power and influence of sin as we live out our lives ); repent your sins! Repent. Turn away from your sins ( again, I am hypocritical for saying this because I can always be better at honoring all these things I'm saying ), but dont take lightly the knowledge of the things of God and the chance you have to be saved in this life! Only 1270 lbs of payload in the Sierra AT4x. Compare this to 1790 lbs of payload in a crew cab Sierra 1500 Elevation 4x4. That’s a significant difference if you are going to be towing a travel trailer and bringing gear along for camping. I love the off-road trims but it kills the payload.

I still don't get why there's white trim in the interior what's supposed to be an off-road truck.
Compared the Sierra and Canyon AT4s. Both loaded there's about a $24,000 difference. Which for most people is huge hit unless you drop a down payment of $20 grand. For me the Canyon works. We have a Yukon Denali for our family driver and Canyon loaded is a steal when compared to the bigger brother price wise.
I really like the Canyon. But you have to ask the question at what point are price differences irrelevant? 62k vs 90k. For me, both are prohibitive. If I had to take the leap and buy a new one now, I'd go with the Sierra. You get more. Again, the prices of new vehicles have become rediculous.
I miss looking at the Wasatch Mountains and swimming in Salt Lake on the weekends. If I could go back in time, I would most likely take the Canyon over the Sierra by going through the "Watchmen Trail" or Zion Park.
The Sierra is such a gorgeous truck.

The biggest irritation to me so far with the sierra at4x is that I don't have the offroad displays with terrain, baja and offroad pages, while the canyon does. It's so dumb. It's not an option for the sierras...
Should've had the HD truck lined up next to it! The cab is the same size pretty much for the full size vs HD truck, but there is a significant difference in the feel of the trucks imo. I like the bigger trucks. Test drove a couple of Ram 2500's recently as well as a Sierra 1500 AT4, was surprised at how much of a difference there was. I own a 2006 GMC Sierra 2500HD. Even my old HD truck feels noticeably bigger than the modern lifted 1500.

This is exactly what I'm trying to decide right now . I can't decide if I should go with a GMC Canyon AT4 or a Full size Chevy 1500 Trail Boss ???? I like them both and the Chevy full size is about $12,000 more . I keep going back and fourth on what truck I want more.😃

Man i cant lie ben!! Your literally knocking it out the park i wanted to see a vid of the ranger copared to the frontier and the Colorado compared to ranger and now this you literally made every comparison i wanted to see!! Lol guess what i still cant make a decision!!! I really like the frontier but cant get past those really low payloads! The gm twins are cool and they come with all the options i want but can i trust the 2.7!??? Then the ranger i really like but to get all the options i want i got to get the lariat which is 50k😂😂
The 2.7l has been in the Silverado/Sierra for 6-7 years and everything points to being very reliable.

Full-size is always the answer. I had a mid size Toyota Tacoma before my Silverado 1500... I'll never go back to a smaller truck. But I do have a family of 4 so mid size was way to small. Payload capacity was the biggest reason along with the interior room. 1785 payload on my Silverado verses 945 on the Tacoma. LOL
It's 1580 on the midsized Colorado/ Canyon.

Putting 35s on the Canyon from the factory but not the Sierra is so goofy imo. I think I can kind of understand why they did it that way, but still, very weird.

Unless you don't need to compensate. Also, I have friends who off-road with their vehicles and full size doesn't make sense. Bigger isn't always better.

mid-sized (adjective) of an average size; intermediate in size between large and small: "a midsize pickup". The picture for this video with the trucks side by side shows that the Canyon isn't mid-sized because it is at most 1/3 smaller than the Sierra. A mid-sized truck should be HALF the size of a full-sized truck. The engine size shrunk down on modern trucks to a underpowered small displacement 4-cylinder. As the engine got smaller the hood had gotten bigger with hood bulges like stuffing a sock in your pants to pretend there is something big under the hood but it's all fake.
@aerynlovell4754 The full sized truck option is always better. The best bar none is the Sierra Denali EV Edition One. The 6.2l and the 3.0 pale in performance.
@@kelviskelvis7140 The Denali is a waste of money for people who think more expensive equals better quality. High tech features belong in a SUV, minivan, or a car but not a truck. The amount of money you would save by not buying a Denali is better spent on aftermarket parts that would give you better value and a better truck than a Denali. When I was looking at a 2016 Canyon the Denali version came with a slightly better grill, 20 inch rims (which are useless on a truck), a spray in bedliner with "Denali" lettering under the bedliner, and the Denali name printed/written all over the truck like a child with a crayon wrote all over the truck. Denali is the highest mountain in Alaska, but who takes a Denali off-road or climbs mountains with one? Nobody takes a Denali off-road because it is a supervisor's truck for someone that doesn't want to drive their BMW or Mercedes SUV to a construction site and they think buying a truck will make them fit in with the blue collar workers but it doesn't. As for full-sized trucks several years ago, the city where I live started making all parking spots 6-12 inches narrower. Every time I go grocery shopping and see a full-sized truck in the parking lot, it goes right up to the lines, and if another vehicle parked next to them, you couldn't open the door. A Ford Raptor is so wide that the tires are on the painted lines, and the mirrors are sticking out into the nearby spots, so it takes up 3 parking spots. My previous truck, a 2002 Sonoma, was easy to park, but my current 2016 Canyon barely fits in modern parking lots. If someone parks next to me, I have to open th door slightly and squeeze in, trying not to hit the vehicle next to me with the door.
@@aerynlovell4754 you are the very example of a car consumer. It is best for you to stay away from the truck subject all together. The few truck buyers that use trucks to work for them will choose full size. You should not worry your pretty little head about that. Besides who was talking about the gas version with 20 inch wheel? They come with 24s.
@kelviskelvis7140 20 incn rims on a truck are useless because the biggest selection for tires is available for 16-18 inch. 24-inch rims for a truck is just stupid. Anyone who drives a Denali is driving an SUV with a box and should just buy an Escalade.
