Fact is you can’t help it when it rains, the council are aware this can happen.
If they’re happy for the circus to occupy the site then the council own the risk in my eyes.

I assume the circus is responsible for reinstating the ground back to normal

Hopefully circus Fantasia will be paying to clean the roads and to get the site back to its original condition, if not they should be made to do so

Well the fair never came the ground is now repaired but the showmen inspected the ground but was too soft
