I spent the day with the Dorman family at Wadebridge royal Cornwall Showground ,lots of stuff pulling on , I was watching the electric yachts being put together , but I didn't get to its complete finish .so enjoy folks

@LAMBSTER they be back again this time the ground was to soft they have relaid the the field now all looking forward to next may however I think they were trying for this September still will wait and see
I know this is a little early but I was wondering if you had any idea if Danter's Oxygen is going to be at the fair this year (in about a month or so) it wasn't there last year and i was a little disappointed as i never got to go on it. Also, do you have any idea why it wasn't there last year? Thanks in advance if you see this

@roselandacademyshorts5571 danters only come as far as Tavistock now as far as I know I'm sure someone will no more they used to have a great lineup at Summercourt

Still a good machine brings back memories working on this when Christopher Danter had it at Stourport on Severn park. Definitely one of the better maxwell machines going was always smooth and the hills were just right.
Bloody Hell !!! What a beautiful show . There isn't a fingerprint on anything . There's not a single diesel running wanting for anything (except feeding !) . The most amazing thing of all is that every single blade of grass is stood very proudly to attention around all these fantastic and much treasured " Mechanical Marvels " !! Thank you for showing us around 👍👍👍👍👍

I love the fairground trucks. One near me right now has some Fodens and ERFs. Clean as a whistle and lovely chrome bits. Not sure I'd want to drive for a fairground though.

A few of the comments made on here are ludicrous. Showmen don't control the weather. If it rains, grass fields turn into swamps. Deal with it, and stop whining. Councils have roadsweeper trucks, rollers and other kit to fix this quickly. What do the whingers want? That the circus stays there until next summer when the grass dries out?
Fact is you can’t help it when it rains, the council are aware this can happen. If they’re happy for the circus to occupy the site then the council own the risk in my eyes.
