Less is more ;) , you can overkill anything , but maybe you only get some extra cleaning up excess some time later.
Thanks for the detailed video. It's not entirely clear how to properly align the latch lever? Install in the extreme left position (latch on) and connect power?

Just quick question will this fix my car because it charges and stops and when I plug it back in it charges but it does it continuously
This helped me fix my latching issue. I have not had a problem where my car stops charging. What are the errors that come up?
