- Welcome to our final Bachelor project!
------------‘Deep into the desert a little four-winged animal desperately tries to escape the claws of a voracious six legged monster. This 3d animated short features a chase between life and death that goes right through a populated desert town resulting in panic and destruction.'------------
We worked around 4 months non-stop on this project to include all our skills. It's a proof of concept for our Bachelor theses and a showcase of all what we can do.
The H_da in Hessen was a great place to study Animation and Game at- even sadder that we had to work from home to create this project due to the pandemic. Luckily we managed it nevertheless and are now official graduates!

SOOO!! This is our proof of concept Bachelor short!!
All the skills we learned at the h_da (and all the skills we taught ourselves) included!
WHat a journey this study program was, man. Got me totally into 3D stuff! (but I will never leave my 2D animation skills behind, no worries)
I wrote 92 pages to get my Bachelor (it was researching about how much realism an animated creature needs to be accepted as such) and with my team we made this concept Bachelor project! We all passed, I even got 100%, yeshhhh :>

I enjoyed it! The animation was very smooth and detailed, you deserve more recognition.
I really don't got anything to say about this. Lighting was on point, creature design was great, even the humans animation was professional! I'm no animator myself so I couldn't really provide criticism in that regards anyways lol

This feels like a short movie trailer that has little context of what it's about but it's amazing and leaves wanting more

Omg you are so cool, you clearly put many years of effort into reaching this level of skill, you are truly an inspiration, i loved how every part of the setting was heavily textured, detailed, and the particle affects where amazing, not to mention how smooth the animation was, this 1 minute video must have taken weeks to perfect!!!
