It's not a bubble, the problem is that it's not this "Amazing Shining Thing" that they try to make people to believe. AI are just productive tools to help in specific fields, not the solution to all the humanity problems, and people are just starting to understand it and the hype is starting to slow down. Many areas will keep using it, we software engineers are a real use case, but many other fields will just drop it.

I personally think the bubble is only starting to form. LLM's are still a very primitive form of AI
