Bro 0 play in throttle cable is best.
Also try putting bigger sprocket in rear, 190+ top speed for 300/400cc is not really required but if you put bigger rear sprocket you will get much quicker acceleration for the cost of slight top speed
I would say put 45t in rear and you will have a set life. Same bike same engine but completely different feel
