Lookin good! I use Rust Aid too but keep Muriatic acid around for the stubborn, deep stains. I use Rust Aid on windows as well with no issues but I wet them down first.

What’s the name of the rust product? I used oxalic acid on rust on stucco yesterday and it took all the rust out but it brightened the color of the stucco only in the spots where I applied. Maybe this stuff will work better for me.
How the hell you keep them shoes clean I used surface cleaner on my driveway look down my a shoes were ruined I went and got rubber boots for next time but we got mud in Kentucky no sand. We just got back from Cape Coral spent a week there loved it .

I charge .15-20c a square ft for houses. Last house I used maybe 5-10 gallons of mix. I get 4% from mixing the chemicals on my mix valve (aka proportioner) and my sh tank is 65 gallons

@@hectorleon180 it's difficult to say cause each company is different. It's a figure that you feel comfortable with that you'd wanna make an hour as a business owner.
No I didn't use sh cause there's no algae on the surface. It was mainly dirt and rust. I never get requests on what to use when I'm cleaning a property. If a customer was to ask for such request I'd have to educate them on the processes and steps I take to eliminate any damages. Also the price doesn't go up or down if I pre and post treat. I charge a price to clean the driveway and make it look great so that's what they get. The rust removal is the upsell cause thats not coming up with pressure washing.

Yea man those HOA Communities sometimes are real picky. I dont recall exactly what I charged cause this is an old video. If I had to take a guess the 1st job was around 300, the 2nd one was around $400, and the 3rd job was around $450. I dont keep count of water usage cause I use the customers water. the tank is there as a buffer to not run my pump dry. I might of use are 20 gallons of SH.

I avoid those I'm there to clean algae, mold and mildew. There are a gang of wood cleaners at home depot

Yea why not go ahead and clean it all. For tire mark try a citrus cleaner. Like goo gone or contractors solvent. Those worked for me.

No I don't get that because the slo mo surfactant gives the windows a nice shine. Thats why I do mostly 2 sides at a time on house washes.

Not necessary at all. I used that thing 4 times. I sold it lol. A good degreaser is all you need honestly. Hot water helps but bot a necessity.

Yes SH is used on every job. Anytime theres algae, mildew, mold it will be used. The rust part of the video we used a rust remover.
When you say five percent mix please explain.
That means 5% solution of sh and water. Sh comes in 10-12 5% concentration. You can dilute it down to whatever mix u want.
