    Man! I found you just in time. I am a decorative concrete artisan in Kansas, and our irrigation systems really do some damage. Obviously, I run into rust issues often on pool decks, patios, etc. I have declined work because of it. This opens me up to new possibilities. I've watched a few videos, and yours have been very enjoyable and informative. Thank you, and keep up the good work!

      You also may want to look into a better filtration system for your water or get a filtration system for your well water because that's the problem

    Thanks for the tip of using Occilac acid! I thought it was only used to make patio wood brighter. I was using muriatic acid! I payed for it later though the next day. Couldn’t hardly swallow. Thx bro

    Where does the rust come from? I know you have the rebar in the concrete and there can be iron particles in the concrete...but rust on a plastic fence??

      The sprinkler system pipes that are underground. The high iron levels causes the stains since there's not a filtration system. Which one this case the filtration system malfunctioned

      That was Chris's dolly. The pail sprayer is just strapped to it. The pail sprayer is the seal n lock pail sprayer. That's the one he has

      @Lukealang haven't had that yet. This was only 2% so it won't do nothing to it. Granted turf is rare here, I've done work around turf maybe 20 times so far

      @PinkFlamingoPowerWash I've had it happen a few times using 1 cup to 1 gallon. Some varieties of grass are more sensitive than others so maybe the breed they are using doesn't burn as easily but plants are much more sensitive to acids than bleach.

      That will be a discussion to have when someone is hiring you. This was a commercial job so they asked for many different quotes, full driveways, and partial driveways. If it were a residential customer I would just do the whole driveway but that wasnt the case. We were tasked for certain stuff.

      Thanks. It took me a couple years to get Good and creative. I've used many programs over the years but simplicity wise I think Capcut editing has been the easiest to use. And it doesn't take a lot of memory on your computer.

      The system shuts down the filter doesn't work for the entire neighborhood. So iron water is just spraying everywhere from the sprinklers.

    Hey pink I will like to know the type of product you use for paver clean and seal, I see you do a job in one day and other people telling me it take three days because you have to make sure it's dry

    That would have been a perfect upsell in the front especially after you did a great job on the interior of the complex, they would have definitely had you come back and do the front, and they would have paid for it.

      It depends on how much rust there is.. We were able to do 2 driveways and a 1 sidewalk with a 5 gallon bucket of mix.

    what's up Cliff, hey how hot is your downstream mix are you able to adjust it? or is that when you use your soft wash setup for hotter mixes

      Mine probably pulls around a 1.5-2% but that's the highest it'll get cause you can only adjust down by adding water to your SH which I never do.
      Yes the soft wash system is what I can adjust the mix from .01% to 12.5% full strength

    Hey cliff , get your self a dolly and strap the bucket to it and 100ft of 3/8 air hose from harbor freight to make that sealing pail sprayer more efficient. I did the same thing works so good it’ll make your life a lot easier brother 🤙

      @dustinjohnson2116 there's only one kind I've seen and that's powder form. I get the 50lb bags from pressure washer products. But Amazon has it in smaller portions like 1, 5, 10 LB bags.

      You said 16 oz per gallon so that’s 80 oz on a 5 gallon bucket and then you said two of the cup you used which you said two 32 oz I guess that makes 64 oz on the 5 gallon bucket. So is it 80oz or 64oz?

      Yes but again its gonna be more expensive and also more prone to killing grass than oxalic acid. If we used Muriatic Acid we would definitely have to rinse to avoid cooking the edges of the grass.

      Our original plan of attack was to make a big batch, use a 12v pump, and run a long section of hose. However, once we got rolling, the 5 gallon buckets were just quick and easy. We didn’t have to mess with hoses getting caught up in landscaping, etc
