I've never made my own tofu before. This is amazing, it looks way better then store bought. The acidity from the lemon juice helps solidify the tofu, that's excellent tip. I love the taste of fresh soy milk so this must be just as beany and delicious as well. I love your tofu pudding as well, it looks super comforting and delicious with a nice aroma from the pandan. Great recipe and technique. Will have to try it one day. Your videos are very well done, very relaxing and the ASMR is great! 👍LIKE #5
Brilliant video. May I know if the toufu pudding is from fresh soy milk or the used soya milk that produced the toufu? TQ. Btw, I cant figure how you put in 1500 ml of water but got 2000 ml of soya milk.
I tried this recipe. But it was utter fail. 1. The soy milk kept sticking to the pan and burnt . 2. After I added lemon it didn't curdle. I tried adding more lemon juice but still no result. Can someone please guide me what I did wrong.
