    You will love your TM26! Got mine recently and it's great! The reason why you want a flood light is for indoor or close range use. If you got a blackout, you want a TM26 in the house instead of an SR90 or SR95 cuz it lights up more area for you! They are both great lights and I have them both, but surely want my TM26 all the time~ (the size matter!)

    Thanks bro. I actually own the PA10. I bought it for edc and I'm very happy with it. I also have the Fenix TK45 because of it's high lumens and it's AA batt capacity. I think it's very handy to have powerful lights that run on AA because if shtf those batts r so easy to find and easy to carry. You can have a bunch of them in your pockets. Thanks again for getting back to me.

    Great test of seeing the length and beam mass shining in the sky.. You should do one inside with the lights off, to see how well it lights up a large room. Then maybe shine it on a piece of paper or poster on the opposite side of the room to see how well you can see the image and read the text across the room. I think the differences would be more prominent this way.

    I just started collecting lights. My girlfriend thinks i'm a nerd but i do agree that being prepared is better than being in the dark. I got my dad the SR-90 and decided to order the Tiny Monster 26 by Nitecore. The SR-90 is going to be hard to top. The TM-26 is 3500 lumen and the SR-90 has 2200 lumen but i prefer the SR-90 because the beam is so concentrated rather than flooding out. I wonder where lights will be in two years... for now i will only have these two :)

    The TM11 rocks, you can try that, it's because the light can run on 4x 18650 batteries or even just ONE 18650 too, so in case you ran out of batteries, plug one in and it will still work, that is the best one for sure.

    • @Chiinnature
      @Chiinnature  10 лет назад

      Thank you! Depends which light and what the spec is. If the spec say it is for AA then yes you can use AA, but if they are supposed to use the rechargeable lithium-ion, then you must use those, because they have higher voltage, and AA cannot give 3.7v but only 1.5v MAX.

    Hey, I'm looking for a flashlight. I need something that i will use on the boat, camping, fishing, paintball(gunmount compatible), and a huge plus would be if i could use it for diving! I live in sweden so the water is very murky and dark, to be able to see anything you need a strong waterproof flashlight. Could you recommend one that isn't too expensive but still bright? Thanks.

  • @SP330Y
    @SP330Y 8 лет назад

    @Chiinnature You mentioned the special battery and it was brighter than the normal battery. I have a Ultrafire single cree led torch very similar to the last one you showed and put the special battery in, this is my question.
    It takes 18650 big battery and it is 9900mAh 3.7v Li-Ion but my charger is only 450mAh, does this mean that the charger is NOT powerful enough to fully charge the battery to its full power?

    • @InsanityRenn
      @InsanityRenn 8 лет назад

      9900mah/450mah will give you the total time required to charge.
      The 450mah charger will give you just that 450mah per hour.
      By the way, trustfire and the likes are really over exaggerated on their mah. But going by them numbers, it will take 22 hours to charge from flat.

    • @SP330Y
      @SP330Y 8 лет назад

      InsanityRenn
      so that's 22 hours chrge time,is that from totally flat?
      If i have only used my torch and battery for maybe 1 hour then would it only take maybe 1 hour to charge back up again?

    • @InsanityRenn
      @InsanityRenn 8 лет назад

      +SP330Y I'm not sure on the specifics as it depends on the discharge rate. But it should be significantly better less than 22 hours.

    So, i have a question... If i want a 2k lumin flashlight, focuses beam/focus able beam, long lasting, for reasonable cost, which one do you recommend? I'm leaning toward the tm36, or the olight sr90. Whatcha think? Also, where do u live, shining crazy bright lights out the patio? Ha!

    • @Chiinnature
      @Chiinnature  9 лет назад

      None. There is no focusable lights that is high quality enough to fit my taste so far. Most of the adjustable focus lights are mostly China low quality crap. But for 2k and above, Definitely suggest you try the Nitecore Tiny Monsters out. But again, they are not focusable or adjustable focus. The Tm36 and SR90 - I have them both and the TM36 win big time. Yes the TM36 is rated at lower power but it is definitely not weak at all. Put together the SR90 and TM36, TM36 throws further out with that power, it's insane... and the options that you can use 4x batteries or one big battery tube is just awesome.

    My friend just received his generic brand Cree T6 1600 lm flashlight. It uses two 18650 batteries. I was able to compare it what you can buy at major retail stores in the US and it was brighter than anything here. The 1600 lm cost around $20 includes batteries, charger, and free shipping. For this price you can't get a flashlight with this brightness at Walmart, Target, Lowes, or Homedpot. These are major stores were most people here buy their flashlights.

    But now i just discovered that there is a 5% possibilities that those light were from people lighting the sky xD
