Evening mark, this starter in the video is only for Taylor Big Bore engines, it just bolts right on the 4 fitting screws, hence i worry that you might be trying to fit it to a small bore engine?
Depends on normal or extended starters and what thickness rope. We sell the new diamond cord in pre-cut lengths to suit its size. 870mm for std length. We use an M6 flanged nut for the RCMAX plastic handle!

so u screw an tighten the spool down then do the tension ? but then how do coil stay at that tension if u tightened it before u set tension
I have the zenoah pull star with the white realm does the black one fit I don't see the white o e for sale on the site only the black one
