Hello! Congratulations! Happy everything went well! Did you registered little Seneca in Mexico? That gives her citizenship and PR you and your husband in Mexico.
Thank you so much for this video! My fiancé and i just moved to PDC from California to have the baby and are looking at giving birth at the same hospital. I’m so relieved to hear you had a great experience! Did you work with a birthing agency out here at all or just felt totally comfortable navigating in Mexico with the support you had?
@@emmajade888 how exciting! Congratulations 🤗❤️ I didn’t work with a birthing agency (tbh I don’t even know what that is) but if you have any questions, I’ll help anyway that I can
For the entire labor & delivery (epidural, hospital stay, OBGYN, pediatrician, nurses… EVERYTHING) it was around 3k It could have been less expensive but we chose the biggest suite and had our whole team with us the entire time My doctor was Jerilee Martinez at Galenia Hospital
Thank you for sharing your experience! I’m in Canada but don’t trust the health care system here and navigating the option of going to Mexico to birth (I’m not pregnant yet lol) , your baby is the cutest!
Hi Mrs Balmaks, thanks so much for sharing! can you kindly share the name of the doctor / hospital that you used? i tried to google but im guessing i have the name spelt wrong >.
do you have any suggestions on how to get in contact with Dra Geralie? I forget how to spell it. I've reached out to the hospital but haven't heard back.
Can you provide the name of the doctor you used? I’m in search of a delivery doctor in Cancun and the one you used seems to be a match for what I am searching for.
Can anyone speak about what it’s like getting an epidural during childbirth in Mexico? Are epidurals safe there? (I’ve heard a lot of stories but don’t know if they are related to child birth or something else😅)
This is exactly what I want from my birth plan is this Dr still around? I’m a Canadian Mexican that wants to give birth in my mother country and have the exact same birthing experience like you did ❤😢 😊
Did they have the technology to track your contractions and hear the babys heart beat? Im thinking about having my baby in Mexico and want to make sure that ill have access to the same medicine and technology that made my delivery of my daughter a good experience
We did track the contractions or baby's heartbeat during labor because mine happened SO FAST... but that doesn't necessarily mean that they aren't able to. I'd have to ask!
@@MultiPassionateMomswould you be able to share a bit about the process of getting the USA passport for the baby? I’ve heard it takes months and I was hoping to bring the baby back to the US at around 3 months if possible.

sorry, we *didn't*
Of course they do.
Hi, out of curiosity - did you give your baby mexican citizenship? it's a birthright but I guess the parents need to apply for it?
She got her Mexican passport before her USA one because it was so easy! And my husband and I (and OUR parents) get permanent residency

You like Mexico
I do!
