Ooh I love Santorini, we were there back in October last year! We were there for a week in Perissa. We made day trips to Thira and Oia. The bus ticket for one way was about 2.60€. yes Oia and Thira are beautiful but if you want to see Santorini you can stay in the south and take trips to the north. the island is rather small.
Perissa Beach is amazing, the water is clear, normally you have to buy something at the beach when you lay there like you said. & I think it depends on when you are going there. in peak season I am pretty sure you have to drink/eat something to lay at the beach.
I could go on for hours because I love that Island so much but I love your video! :)

Ah thank you so much Theresa! I went during low season in mid September so it was not that busy for beach chairs, but I assume during high season it's much busier. I am so glad I saw more of Santorini than just Oia, there is so much to do and explore!

I love this! Most visitors usually stay either in Fira or Oia. I love that you stayed in Megalochori. Santorini has been my homebase since 2017. My partner and I live near Fira and looking to move to Megalochori because of the local atmosphere. Happy to see you guys had an amazing time in the island.

Yes I was loving the laid back feel of Megalochori. It brought out that authentic feeling I was looking for! I hope you have the best time in Greece.

We are staying in Akrotiri and renting a car. There are a few restaurants in Megalochori that we want to check out. I know you said it is pedestrian only…. Are there any parking lots neighboring the city?

@@DanaBerez thank you so much Dana! One more question. Does santorini have its own airport? I was thinking of taking them to Paris for three days first. Then fly directly from to Paris to santorini. I love your you tube videos. Keep up the great work!!👍👍

@@DanaBerez yes i have one key chain with that blue stone. It is called Nazar Boncuğu here. It is beleived that when people like something so much they can send negative electric signals and this stone neutralizes those negative electric signals.
