Thank you so much for this..
PCPs often don’t give any details
My PT started causing what was described to me as Secondary Cascade Injuries
    Im T12-L5 incomplete
I have some urine control and full bowel function if I stay aware and keep a routine
Lower body use is right side (some) left side horribly limited and painful (as is my spine 24/7)
I have developed problematic spasms and lower body swelling. I can control it with lots of painful effort (and I do).
The meds so far are more problematic than the pain.
Sometimes I wish it had been full chop (I know that sounds sick) but the spasms get relentless at times and are affecting my ability to even pretend I am half normal.
The spasms (to me) are worse than the very limited use of my legs

Im a cervical c3 c4 c5 sci patient. However i can stand and walk slowly without any aids. The things is i feel very tight from chest down until my groin area. And also tightness in my right leg but i can bend my knee. When i stand and about to walk i feel my legs very tight and heavy. Is that spasticity?.
