NEET PG Biochemistry MCQs - 14:21 minutes
Eukaryotic transcription involves separate polymerase for the synthesis of rRNA, tRNA, and mRNA
Each polymerase recognizes a different type of promoter.
In eukaryotes, RNA polymerase (RNAP) does not include a removable sigma (σ) factor instead, a number of accessory proteins identify promoters and recruit RNAP to the transcription start site.

nice explanations , thanx sir for uploading this video sir plzzzz zzz
further explain CTD and uploaded video on elongation and termination
Sir plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz explain rna processing along with group 1,2 ,3
with detailed chemistry explanations
plzzzzzzzzzzz upload next video quickly.
Nice work👏✌👌👍
Keep it up and thanx
Yes next video is on that. 😊🙏
thanks sir
@@Biochemistrybasics sir what is CTD
@@17dhakshika67 carboxy terminal domain
There r a mistake in difference table.........Prokaryotic transcription occurs in the cytoplasm & ≠ nucleus
Last minute exam prep is going well thanks to you
Glad to hear that
Glad to hear that
when and where the first phosphodiester bond between the first nucleotid and the second one into the ARNm ?
Thank you so much sir for this valuable notes and explaination
Most welcome dear
Excellent
🙏😇
Great video sir 👏👏
Thanks purvik. Spread the word please 🙏
@@Biochemistrybasics Definitely sir!
Thank you sir explained clearly
Most welcome dear
Amazinggggg explanation sir, plss can i get pdf lectureeee
Sir could you please upload vedios related to different inhibitors (eg.amaniti, drugs, chemicals)etc in replication, translation transcription and there effect on protein (which subunit they act)?!!! thanks for your nice presentation ✨👏
Sure. I will try
Super class sir⚡⚡💥💥
Thanks a lot
Nice sir
😇🙏
Sir in Satyanarayan it was not given...what to do please help me sir
Please read it. Questions can be asked from this topic in exam
Sir where is TFIID ???
Prokaryotic transcription occurs in cytosol or in nucleus
Krishna, Prokaryotic transcription occurs in the cytoplasm alongside translation. Prokaryotic transcription and translation can occur simultaneously. This is impossible in eukaryotes, where transcription occurs in a membrane-bound nucleus while translation occurs outside the nucleus in the cytoplasm.
But 2:14 you said that location of transcription In both eukaryotes and prokaryotes transcription occurs in nucleus
