Correction: Template Strand Is Called As Non Coding Strand Or Antisense Strand. The polymerase attach to the antisense strand
Never watch the transcription before with this much detail. Thank you
Thank you 😊
the most perfect video for this subject ...keep on
Thank you 😊
really helpful, saved my time. Thank you.
You are welcome 😊
Thank u mam for giving us these wonderful lectures
You are welcome 😊
thank you i get a clear idea about transcriptional process
You are welcome 🤗
I think this was the detailed vid. About this topic ..
Thanks for clearing my concept 🥰👍
You are welcome 😊
Superb 🎉 complete transcription understandable.
Thank you 😊
so helpful thank you so much! I only have one concern. Shouldn't the template strand be called non coding antisense strand and vice versa for the non template ?
Hi Jana, you are right the template strand is called as anti-sense strand. We will put the correction note on the video to fix this problem. Thank you for your support and pointing out the problem.
Ur explanation is too easy to understand
Thank you 😊
Best 👍 way of explanation
Thank you 😊
Thank u ma'am
It help a lot :-)
You are welcome 😊
Very Helpful..Thankyou🌼
My pleasure 😊
I think you may have the coding vs noncoding strands mixed up? Noncoding stand= template DNA strand. And from what it looks like you have the premrna reading from what you labled as "coding/sense strand". You may want to double check that.
Thank you for your comment, we did put a correction note on the video before but sometimes it didn't pop up. We will put it in the comment and will pin it.
good work.
Thank you
Superb 🙏✅
Thank you 😊
I am speechless ❤️
Thank you 😊
Mam i don't have any doubt on your knowledge but just for a reason that i someone asks from me about the reference.
If u don't mind what is the Reference of this information
Any book

Thanks mam
You are welcome 🤗
Mam I'm unable to find where is urs protein shifting from heterochromatin to euchro
Hi there, the shifting of proteins from hetero to euchromatin is not shown in the video, but this article can provide you the details of there location on the DNA

Rna primary script form on template /antisense strand.ur picture is wrong
Mam which is this Rho proteins?
Hi Sumesh,
Rho protein is a prokaryotic protein involved in the termination of transcription. This video is Eukaryotic Transcription.
@@EasyPeasyLearning Thanks 🙏
