That black Toyota appears to have lost its baseline settings, the power and the clutch are much too fierce for the weight of the car IMO , it needs 60lb+ weight putting back into the front end.
People struggle to understand that weight is a good idea with a turbo, there is a crossover line, you can use weight to your advantage if you don't cross the line
