- When you think of Mexico City, what do you think?
My guess is, probably not Condesa. We wanted to provide a proper Mexico City Travel Guide of the neighborhood of Condesa
Condesa is a neighborhood in Mexico City that we can best describe with three things:
dogs, parks, and coffee.
Those three things are some of our favorite things in this world and that's why Condesa is one of the best neighborhood for us:)
Located in the heart of Mexico City, right between El Bosque de Chapultepec and Colonia Roma, Condesa is a paradise for those with design at heart. A mixture of old french architecture, art deco, a renaissance of Mexican design, and modern minimalism, Condesa is classy, jungly, young, and very very cool.

We all imagine the smog, traffic, and concrete jungle when we think about Mexico City. Is Condesa the type of place you'd imagine to be right in the heart of the city?
When doing the Roma Norte video show the inside of Plantasia. I love it, it so cute in there.
Plantasia is our favorite place! We might do a video specifically on where to eat vegan so it'll at least be in that one:)

Love CDMX one of my favorite cities in the world. Condesa has lots of charm indeed.
El Plaza Condesa is a great venue, I saw Caravan Palace there and last year I was waiting for Bombay Bicycle Club and Of Monster and Men, certainly you will see great bands in the city once the concerts and festivals are safe again

I just love your Golden Retriever! I am going to visit Parque México next week when Jorge and I spend several days in Mexico City. From 1988 to 1991 Jorge danced in the Palacio de Bellas Artes with Amalia Hernández Ballet Folklórico de México. I’m proud of my man! :-) And, I tell you, I can really see us living in Condesa or Roma at some point … but we’re going to have Querétaro be our base for at least two years once we move there in December … to our rental home in Zibatá that we ll pick out in November. ¡Saludos de Pepe desde Dallas, Texas!

You have to make a video about the south of the City. San Ángel-Chimalistac-Coyoacan-Ciudad Universitaria-Tlalpan, It Is a very different but nice vibe too.

Great videos! Watched this and your roma tour! We are planning a trip in October coming with my wife, 1.5 year old and two bachelors in their 40’s. Would you recommend condesa or Roma for our place to stay for a week?
Honestly, people will frequently group these two neighborhoods together when they talk about them because they're so similar and they're so close to each other. I don't think there's much of a difference between them, they're both great options. If you want to get nitpicky, Condesa is generally a little quieter and has less traffic. It's also a little bit more expensive but the difference isn't very big. If you find a good place in either neighborhood, go for it!

La Condesa is formed mostly by European colony, its Spanish-type architecture, business is a sample.

I think the store is called Columpio Store, it's a combination of a few different stores in one.
You said before your dog had anxiety issues. How did the dog come out of it and how long did it take?
With just basic obedience training and a regular routine he's gotten so confident and less anxious. I would say that just 2 months into training he was already a different dog.
Do the people working at the restaurants only speak Spanish? Are menus only in Spanish? My one year college Spanish might not get me very far. Lol. How did you get around (taxi, uber, etc.)?

It is beautiful to live in Condesa and Col. Roma, but here the problem is the South Americans and Central Americans who come to the country to do their excesses, here in Mexico we don't want them.... Good video
Mexico is one of the most visited countries in the world, Mexico City being one of the most visited due to its several attractions. So please don’t say many people don’t want to come. I am sincerely very tired of being constantly attacked by people like you guys saying they would never come until they come. It’s my country, my home and I am no longer going to let foreigners speak about Mexico like that. You are of course welcome whenever you want because the wonderful thing about Mex is that it warmly welcomes everybody but please open your mind and value the things you don’t have at home Mexico offers.
