At around the 4 minute mark if you look carefully at the wall there is a neon sign that says it's all a dream, Cherri and and Angel blowing up the club was a wishful dream
As I'm not 100% sure on everything a quick sum is that the song was fan made by the artist Silva hound and vivziepop decided to animate it. But I have heard talks of it not being canon anymore since it was in that little area between the pilot and then the show actually getting picked up! Hope this helps some have a wonderful day
