using a ziplock bag to hold an alien transmitter is crazy
They didn't have the budget to buy a cardboard box
You know it’s seal when yellow and blue make green
NASA's gotta save budget when they can lol.
Yeah that’s nuts
then touching them with bare hands this astronaut is an idiot.
Somewhere out there the aliens are like WHO THE HELL MESSED WITH OUR CELL TOWERS
😂
lmao very compact cell tower
You sent an astronaut, alone, to space who has no idea about safety and Nasa doesn't even install proper protection for his wife's homecomputer🙄 What on Earth can go wrong? 😆
(what on space)
Thankfully he's not on earth, so we don't need to worry about what can go wrong
Typical scifi channel movie... 😊
In realistic and anime scenario: eaten by a rando space monster that is just an animal.
She got baited by one of those emails asking her for the account password
The major facepalms I had while watching:
- Roger's relationship with his wife shouldn't be fine if he decided to go for a 10y mission into space... then finally choosing to play with his balls instead of returning to her... (maybe it's the prequel of Spaceballs: How Roger went crazy during his 50ys long game and became Lord Helmet😂)
- No way Nasa sends sy alone to space. It's simply dumb and risky 🤪
- The best way to examine a mysterious alien ball is to touch it bare handed 🤪
- No way Nasa sends disturbing messages to a lonely astronaut - especially stuff like "your wife is in a nervous breakdown". 🙄
"then finally choosing to play with his balls instead of returning to her... (maybe it's the prequel of Spaceballs: How Roger went crazy during his 50ys long game and became Lord Helmet"
Checkmate....
They should have sent the wife too
that's why a 5.2/10 on IMDB
To that last point, I always thought it was odd that any movie with cryosleep tends to also feature waking up to tons of messages as well. If NASA knows you wont wake up until a set time, you'd figure they would just combine all the messages into a single package. You'd have one email of essential info with a lot of attachments from others.
@@Raktus I mean i guess sending multiples is good incase some of them get corrupted but there probably should be a better safeguard for it than spamming his email full.
"Boring as starfield" was nice 😄
5:46 is some pretty great product placement. "Need to store your alien communication balls? Zip-lock has you covered." lol
Finally he said that, mystery recapped here at 3:24........watch out and take care at 7:13❤
wwo lol
I like how he keeps the Alien balls in a ziploc baggie and periodically takes the balls out to touch them.
It's kinda my habit to watch this guys atleast one recap at night before going to sleep. Mainly scifi explanations.❤❤❤❤
Holy shit me too. Just before napping, it's somewhat soothing you kinda hope he doesn't make a joke that will make you burst out laughing and kills your drowsiness😂
😂@@CreakingJordans
@@DeepDarkBoys I didn't know Adam...Forgive me. By some weird coincidence I happened upon the vid that breaks down who you are and people's reaction to your part in the recap process and I went down to the description, saw the Adam's channel link, clicked it and I was like, wait wtf, I literally saw this logo somewhere... Went to my comments/replies and what would you know, the recap goat himself read my shit and liked it. You're (and your team) fun dude. I just subbed to deepdarkboys bytha
@@CreakingJordans Nice! Thank you that's very cool of you
Enjoy yourself
Anyone else catch that Roger Nelson is a combination of Tony and Roger's names from I Dream of Jeannie, both of whom were astronauts?
Nice catch and, yes, probably deliberate on the scriptwriters' part.
"Hello, your computer has virus."
the monitors being held by homedepot brackets is awesome!
It was all that i could focus on! I know it's a low budget film but couldn't they at least spray them black or something?
😂😂😂😂😂
2:24 ''sounds about as boring as Starfield'' lmao
Damn that space ship has the whole Earth's worth of fuel to reach to that far
Why, it only ever needs accelerate briefly and then just drift, no?
@@katocs No it's a bit more complicated than that. Everything works in orbits, that means you need to provide the energy required to heighten your orbit around the sun to around Saturn level. then to Neptune level, then to whatever dwarf planet they are talking about. After arriving you need to slow down, to circularize your orbit around the respective moon or planet, otherwise you will just fly past it in ridiculous speed.
if you have a spaceship in low earth orbit and accelerate it briefly, it will do almost nothing. It will still stay in around the same orbital height.
@@lars6706 You can of cause use gravity assist to do this without the use of fuel.
@@DavidKnowles0 I mean you need to make a stable orbit around the planet before you can land anything there at least with current technology if you are planning to bring that shit back up. So to leave the orbit you would need more fuel again.
I think it's got a The Expanse-stye Clarktech magic engine to carry out an open-ended mission like that.
Thanks for the daily uploads
Had me at Starfield
Now Nelson is my kind of astronaut, he wanted to see things through to the end.
Yeah but we didn’t get to see the real end or meaning of it all lol
How does that ship have 38 years of oxygen
@@richardmembe2934 plot magic
@@vincentparis2655 I think that the meaning is the journey. I'm betting that final signal from the Oort Cloud is "Come out and see us!", so he did. By doing so, even at enormous personal cost, and the loss of the Chinese Taikonauts confirm that humanity is ready to take this step into the unknown.
he's collecting dragon balls.
Regular Daily dose of mystery recapped.
Yeah ofcus it does!
Thank you for the recap!
I love the recent si-fi/space movies, honestly some of my fav movie genre!
we want part 2
Thank you for making these videos. It's helping me to improve my English through stories. I learned a lot of english on this channel, thank you!.
Took 13:46 to find transmitters, not bad at all. Thanks for saving my 40 plus years
awesome as always
7:07 He did the thing! HE DID THE THING!!
Watch out, and take care
🤩
This movie doesn't even explain what happens once he finds all 200 billion alien balls. Will he finally uderstand the meaning of the universe? And how will he store them in his small spaceship. It's not big enough to store all those alien balls!
Well, there's only seven. Then the dragon comes and grants your wish.
Well, at least he will be the Man with Balls 🤣
Movie looks like it's taken by phone and the lighting also by phone flash 🙃
I love how he reassured his wife the whole time, only to abandon her for a bunch of signals when he doesn't even know how old they are.
Also what the hell is he going to do about supplies? He doesn't have enough food or water!
There's a few things they don't explain. You have to just assume they have some sort of automated renewable production.
In the sequel he finds out all the balls are just alien spam emails. They detected radio waves from earth and despatcher their spam balls to try to get earth to give up its credit card numbers
Nelson discovers the signals emanate from a 13 yr old Cinesse-American kid in his parent's basement.
@@CordovaMage😂
"Sounds about as boring as Starfield"
Whoa whoa whoa, getting political here bro
Not me watching this and then watching the movie
NASA got spacecraft jacked
NELSON: "Deduct it from my danger bonus when we get back."
He saved the Dragon Balls.
Nice bro❤
Thank you for reviewing this movie, because if I had watched this I would have been annoyed by all of the idiotic things going on. Your review was great by the way.
The continued Dutch Oven references though! 😂
Is this really how it ends? Was this a TV show and there's a season 2?
bruh, i love all the reference to Tom Delonge and his UFO obsession in your videos. Always makes me break out laughing as it's just so out of the blue.
Humans ... more willing to cooperate with unknown Aliens than each other....LOL
Adam sneakily said " Mystery Recapped Here, Watch out and take care "
Whoo I love ur vids it's good video
Man i love this guy!
I'm pretty sure that these alien transmitter balls, when brought together, are an elaborate, really high-definition, Rick Roll.
No way they'd only send one person
No way they'd send a person at all.
I mean, a rover would be a good start.
Why there no intro: well he commented that a big percentage of he's viewers were skipping the intro so he just stoped doing intro. Cause i guess that what yall want🤦♂️. If it was me i would do the same cause i do all this work for an amazing intro and yall decide to skip it🤦♂️
I hope he gets a chance to imitative aliens ❤
Love from Boston
A big Mile stone in us history
3am drunk asf watching recaps before bed ♥️
The man abandoned is home planet, wife to chase Alien junk mail which turn out top be air duct cleaning scams lol.
Is there a part 2? Weird how it ends like that. And it seems to me that 50 years from now, when we have AI spaceships and hibernation, we can just send robots to explore these anomalies.
Humans like to explore. Why would we send robots?
@@CalvinHikes so we can explore safely
50y ? Hibernation ? Man first you are very optimistic second, what if man de facto can't hibernate? And you means tens of thousands of years hibernation withoug aging😂 bald claims
Uh... have you seen what garbage AIs produce these days? Send only humans. They may lie, exaggerate, go mental, but AIs lie for sure.
LOL, that joke about Tom DeLonge was a perfect reference
Ooohh !! You naughty, naughty, with the Starfield reference.
Dude stores alien artifacts in a ziplock bag like how I store my weed
Keep numbing ur brain, let Big Brother do the rest, pleeb
😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣
I hate being blue balled like this.
This is actually the best recap youtuber ever.
0:59 ok He's becoming way funnier😂😂😂
This movie was amazing
How is it that no one back home ages?
Thank you for this great video and the summarization. The attention to detail is also visible when you hint to a band and their epic song right at the beginning. 👍😊
Is there a next movie of this? Can’t just stop with no clue of what it was all about
Magellan never returned home. His crew did. More or less the movie is complete. He sacrificed everything to find the unknown. There is life out there, he was determined to find it out. The alien were similar to humans anyway.
just finish watching this movie. feels like low-budget interstellar
Nelson was a freaking jerk. Pulls the rug on his poor faithful wife by ditching her forever when he was supposed to go back home.
you don't know what her wife was doing behind his back. 😂
The movie is just a rehash of the classic, 2001, A Space Odessey.
bro there is a channel copying you like everything but the only thing it changes is the language the name is "filmes nostalgicos"
Im certain that he try to collect the remaining 6 balls to summon shenlong.
There need to be a part 2
There never needed to be a part 1....
Once he arrives to the final destination he will receive a message from Aliens ....BAZINGAAA
Sandblasting cabinet at 7:41 is pretty cool. Might spray paint mine white too.
we cant get phone signal or internet in the forest or desert but these guys ca get wifi in space 10 years away from earth 🤣🤣🤣🤣
FERDANAND!!! 😂 awesome
Nelson went to space to avoid his credit card payments.
He put the alien transmitter in a BAGGIE!!!! 😂 WTF 😂
he will run out of food and oxyzen, won't he?
GOOD MOVIE
Bring back the intro
I’m not sure Glenn Danzig claiming he turned into a Martian counts as a significant discovery for mankind 😜
My favorite part? 5:43 Storing the most valuable artifact in all of history......in a plastic Ziplock bag.
To non humans it's an indestructible alien material
This has gotta be the greatest watch equal no watch movie wtf.
You have the best videos
Looks like this had a budget of $73.46 😂
Bro doesn't care about his wife💀💀💀
This channel is the exact reason why AI can never take over the human race especially if you have more than the few brain cells !
You are the best my man !!
he is an AI.
super idol deja vu... complete the song
Movie name??
You should do the movie "Prisoners".
Only 4 more dragon balls to fondle before he can release Shenron.
7:00 old intro is back, hurray!
Also why is there a timer for him to get back? That's silly
Can someone please explain the logic behind sending ONE astronaut? What if he had literally any medical emergency?
2:44
worst interior for a spacecraft i have ever seen
Moon earth stop my house 2037
I really really reaaaaaally want you to tell me what is the name of your background music
They only send 1 guy? Lmao
Bro insulted Starfield LMAOOOO
part 2?
Is a seacond part on this movie?
DUDE BRING BACK THE INTRO...PLEASE
What intro?
Things change and that’s okay
What the actual fuck . . . 3:24. I was literally asleep and left autoplay on. I legit just woke the fuck up to hearing "Mystery Recapped here, you've been asleep!"
Kinda freaking me out.
