于1954年改编自管弦乐曲的《瑶族舞曲》，70年代为适合现代大型民乐队的演奏，再次进行配器，并且也在乐曲的结构上作了些调整。这首民乐合奏曲以优美的旋律、欢腾舞跃的气氛、活泼欢快的主题，呈现出勤劳的瑶族人民载歌载舞欢庆节日的场面。当中富于歌唱性的旋律，更是受到观众的喜爱。
