Chinese cabbage.
1 cucumber.
Salt.
Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Sweet red pepper.
Olive oil.
Onion.
Sauté for 3 minutes.
Sauté for 4 minutes.
A small spoon of sugar.
Squeeze out excess liquid.
Green onion.
3 tablespoons of thick yogurt.
1 small spoon of dried tomatoes and
Italian herbs.
2 tablespoons of mustard seeds.
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
Garlic.
Mix well.
Mix well.
Delicious and healthy salad is ready!

mustard seeds are mustard seeds. whole grain mustard sauce/spread is derived from whole, intact mustard seeds.

Although they are using for kimchi that cabbage , they call it Chinese cabbage every where you go they call it that name.

There is no global naming convention for foods. It is not called Chinese where I live. It's known as Napa Cabbage here. While we might use it for kinchee (and do), we also use it for other dishes. Unless you are calling something by it's botanical name, the vegetable is subject to whatever it's called locally.
