Hi. I had bought one of these from an individual an got home an but a battery in it an the 4 leds did not come on. Idk if it Even works. Any thoughts?

My sons got this tank for Christmas and is seems to be stuck in silent mode. The second light from the left in the back blinks when we turn it on… is this an error message? Any way to reset?

How long did it take to charge the batteries when you first opened the box? I got this same set from Amazon and I cant get them to move right.
