  • Here is the video for how I price my desserts effectively using a formula. The six components of my formula are:
    1. Ingredients
    2. Supplies (non reusable items)
    3. Equipment (reusable items)
    4. Utilities
    5. Wages
    6. Profit
    This formula gives me my base prices and I adjust them as needed to fit the dessert I am making.

    **make sure you download the google sheet as these are in view only mode. To download, click file in the left hand corner then click download in a excel format. Once it's downloaded, you'll need to enable editing to be able to add your own numbers.
