Pricing your desserts effectively

- Here is the video for how I price my desserts effectively using a formula. The six components of my formula are:
1. Ingredients
2. Supplies (non reusable items)
3. Equipment (reusable items)
4. Utilities
5. Wages
6. Profit
This formula gives me my base prices and I adjust them as needed to fit the dessert I am making.

**make sure you download the google sheet as these are in view only mode. To download, click file in the left hand corner then click download in a excel format. Once it's downloaded, you'll need to enable editing to be able to add your own numbers.

yes, when you open the document, click on the file tab on the top left, and there should be a download button somewhere in the menu
