Hey guys, we're researching motorhomes and just about to buy from Jayco Heatherbrae 😬..... did I see you say on one of your videos that you wouldn't buy another Jayco? Do you have another platform we can follow? Sandy and Phil in Newcastle
Hi guys, we dont think you can beat the Jayco motorhome for their price point. A lot of the other brands are much dearer and also come with some issues. From our experience, the second time around, the after sales service is the issue and we totally acknowledge that this may not just be isolated to Jayco. Until they improve their level of service for warranty issues and general service appointments, we would most likely not purchase another one. With regard to another platform you can follow we did set up a insta page that we dont use very much, lol but will get back into posting pics on there of our travels. The insta page is hotm_travels cheers.
How do find towing a car, have you had any problems getting in to caravan parks, I am thinking about getting a trailer for the car concerned about access in caravan parks? Is the curtain to reduce noise or privacy ?
Hi, we have towed the car into a few of the parks, depends on the size of the reception area for example. A few days ago we arrived at a show ground and unhooked outside as the grounds did not look like we could tow the car in. The curtain provides privacy and better economy for the air conditioning when driving and when using the air con in the motorhome.
You should have gone to Greenpatch. Nice spot for a picnic and a swim/snorkel. Plenty of native birds and wallabies
We missed Greenpatch unfortunately. We will definitely get there next time we visit.
If your heading to Narooma make sure you visit Tilba Tilba. Such a beautiful little town.
Thank you, we did pay a visit to Tilba Tilba, its very beautiful.
Definitely putting this on our list ❤❤
Excellent, it would be hard not to enjoy this beautiful part of the country. Hope you love it.
Great travels
Thanks, we are enjoying it.

@@headsortailsmotorhometravels77 have you seen many motorhomes with trailers carrying small cars? And having difficulty in caravan parks?
