Adam, I'm a huge coffee fan (or perhaps a snob) so I feel like I need to clarify: those aren't flavors they add to the coffee. It's the "tasting notes," or basically the unique qualities of the beans. Kinda of like how they describe different wines as having vanilla or lemon notes.

Have you seen the parking garage for the public library? It looks like a row of stabdibg books....pretty cool. As for KC barbeque, the only restaurant I have eaten at so far was Arthur Bryant's. Pretty tasty stuff!!! I have also been to the jazz museum a couple of times.....well the gift shop anyway. Ironically, I have never had enough time to actually walk thru the museum itself.

A friend did the Stadium trips like you AND Bought food with those collector Bowl caps. He's got 24 of them so far. And KC seems to flatten areas back in the day more to get rid of slums while not following through with more than half the revitalizations plans so far. Just exercise some more over the next few days to make up those calories.

Gail here . Adam, have you ever about the baseball team in Savannah called The Bananas ? Their cheerleaders are 70 and over ( I think that's right ) and they are called Bananas-nana's. I just heard about them . They are like The Globetrotters and have all kinds of funny rules .
The place across from the castle is now a brewery. Also, the building with the square look out tower is Crown Center, owned by the Hall family aka Hallmark.
The nachos im sure tasted great but damn the comparison to the picture is insane lol. I like the second game seat better you can see everything even over the stadium out to the highway. Really cool. Thanks for the video Adam

The castle is actually the Kansas City Workhouse - it was constructed with a jail, but was meant as a rehabilitation center for vagrant city inhabitants during the Prohibition Era. The north side of KC (including River Market) used to be a hive of saloons and bars that let homeless alcoholics sleep on their stoops, knowing as soon as they got a bit of money, they'd immediately come in and spend it there. The bar owners also would get word of the crimes their patrons would commit, and would snitch to police in return for reward money & protection. Judges could sentence less violent criminals to the Workhouse to be rehabilitated. The Workhouse was meant to sober them up, teach them the "value of work", and it had a small school for boys, baths, clean beds, and was actually pretty humane for the time (it was considered "too soft" by many folks). Later it was replaced by a farm facility, and it underwent many uses (including a training camp for Marines), before being abandoned in the 1970s. Every owner since then has made big promises and failed to produce change or rehabilitation of the structure, even when willing community partners have stepped up to take over the building.
That (9:47) is the best! The name's font and stylized signs are definitely Rocketeeresque but the airplane itself keeps throwing me toward Indiana Jones. :)
