and to clarify - "practice" is 'G' shape (non-dominant hand) + 'A' shape (dominant hand), while rubbing dominant top knuckles back and forth over non-dominant index finger?

The word practice was very clearly executed. The number part was a confusing jungle of signs without explanation.
