I've been to Nha Trang and Vungtau, and made Vungtau home. Reason being it's close to Saigon, Not just Aussies here drinking, some European and Americans. Alot of Vets use to call Vungtau home. You have to get out of the bar areas on your next visit with Mark. Most people who are living here are retired or semi retired. All the men and women here all have a story about their past, but nobody is judged. Keep up the good work..

I've been in Vung Tau for 4+ years. Great food, great friends, affordable and plenty of available singles. Like Chris said, I'm not much of a drinker, but I've found lots of things to do besides sitting in bars drinking.
I just got back from a week in Vung Tau 2 1/2 hours on the ferry definitely the easiest way to get there. Plenty of over 50s expats if that’s your thing 😂.
Hi I've just come across your channel, i would likento stay in Vietnam for a year , and i was hoping you could give proper prices for condos you keep saying different prices maybe you should do a video about different price range places to live for a year ,i understand theres different levels of living but id have a better idea of how good the places are and how cheap i could live there
People Don't Belive I only Live off of $550US a Month here in Florida, Utilities and Food. Everything I own I OWN! It's Paid For!.. So No Mortgage! And I do Receive More than that for Military Disability... What Would $550 a Month there, INCLUDING Utilities and Food get me? AND is Pet Friendly! That is a MUST!.. I am Not Leaving my 3yr Old Brat Behind! I DO Not like City Life and would live to live outside the City in Smaller Towns. NOT a Huge Drinker but if it's Hot enough a few Cold ones every now and then.. I just need a Place for my Dog, Internet!, Clean Water and A/C if Needed... I am Use to living in a Camper Trailer (13yrs and going) and also Lived above a Bar with Vary Thin Walls for 6yrs, so Use to Apartments that are "Okay" just as long as I Do NOT Need to wear Ear Plugs!
Is Vung Tao only for the “older/seasoned” crowd? When I visited I didn’t see many hotties or women in the same age range as me, could’ve been looking in the wrong spots ?

Awesome video. My father retired to Vung Tau and spent the rest of his life there. I always liked the vibe there, very relaxed.
