It would be awesome to see more videos in Vung Tau maybe houses for rent versus apartments. I’ve been doing some searching recently and there are some really great deals for three bedroom two bath houses not far from the beach. Around $400 usd per month.

What a nice place to live: beach city, fresh air/sea foods, less pollution, less traffic/people and very affordable rental. NYC, the average rental price for an old tiny house's basement in Queens is 600 USD /month. Utilities, appliances not included!

Separate electric meter and water meter. Internet, parking and twice a week cleaning are free.
