- Elliot successfully infiltrates steel mountain by exploiting Wikipedia to make himself look like a tech god.
From Mr Robot Season 1 Episode 5 "eps1.4_3xpl0its.wmv"
With the help of fsociety, Elliot infiltrates Steel Mountain through the use of what he calls "human exploits". He coincidentally meets Tyrell and uses his ego to gain access to the restricted area where he needs to connect his Raspberry Pi loaded with the program to override the climate control system and destroy E Corp's tape back-ups. Tyrell reveals he knows that Elliot framed the CTO, but will not turn him in. The Dark Army refuses to attack the back-up facility in China, which puts fsociety's plan in jeopardy. Meanwhile, Tyrell and Joanna have dinner with the CTO candidate Scott and his wife Sharon in an attempt to find their weaknesses. Tyrell sexually approaches Sharon in the bathroom. Angela leaves Ollie after telling him she infected Allsafe with the hacker's CD, and moves in with her father. She discovers that he is deeply in debt from her mother's old medical bills. Elliot finds Shayla's phone on the floor. Fernando Vera calls him on it from prison, with the suggestion that he has organized Shayla's abduction. He blames Elliot for turning him in to the police.

Most of people who felt bad for bill has their own bill in their life and they don't pay them attention, don't feel bad for a character on a tv show, feel bad the true bill in real life
It's amazing to look back at the early seasons and see Mr. Robot and Elliot interacting before the big reveal. Wondering who's in control and who's not. When dialogue is actually happening or running internally, silently, between the host and the sidebar'd one.

@@matthewbrown4782 what did white rose show Angela. What the hell was up with her machine. Elliot's alter trapped real Elliot in a loop but Tyrel seemed like he knew something was going on. Since it all happened when real Elliot wakes up his life is going to be so much worse so why would there not be another alter to deal with it all.
What did Tyrel see in the woods. White rose shot herself saying that she showed Angela the same thing. What if Elliot let the machine work. If Elliot creates alters to deal with trauma you know once he finds out what hes done and all the people that died because of him he will be broken even worse. What did his mom have in the safety deposit box. The whole story being lived through an alter is a version of "it was all a dream" even though it all happened he never lived it.
Why did white rose want her project moved to the Congo so bad. Why would price let Angela get killed only to try to avenge her.
The whole Angela getting killed was only added so they had a reason to keep going after whiterose. Until we found out Elliot was molested they used his death as motivation. They talked about missing their father even though Darlene knew Elliot was molested.
I refuse to believe he had it all planned that way from day one. I think the show was amazing. One of my top 3 for sure but I would've been happier if they ended it in the power plant when the machine was on and there was an explosion. I'd prefer ambiguous to what they did. Of course thats my opinion and you dont have to agree. There is really no sense arguing about it since you won't change my mind and I doubt ill change yours. Plenty of people agree with me as I'm sure they do with you. I think they should've ended it either sooner or did another season to answer these questions I have.

@@neelparmar6690 A raspberrypi has all the same parts as any computers but its very small so you can easily hide it. And a honeypot is like a bait to counter attack someone trying to hack your server (thanks for asking I didnt really knew what a honeypot was until I googled it to awnser you)

Maybe elliot learnt those skills by himself from a young age, Pretty sure no education background specializes on this level of practicality. At max he could be an MIT drop out.

No amount of formal education will truly prepare you for what Elliot can do. Your best bet is to set up a homelab, spin up a couple of VMs and try things out.
Well, computer science, but that would be just foundation and actually when you are at the university it is pretty late to become so insanely knowledgeable as he is while still being young. To achieve that level at such age you would need to start at least as early teen to delve into things that are on computer science university course.
But remember, this is just a show. They made him here actually something more like hacking was his superpower. Normally these things are not done so fast and working on first try, and you do not have so many details of so many things in your head. It is hard and long work to achieve at least part of the skill set Elliott has in the show.
If you would like to try on your own just find some courses for ethical hacking. There is a lot of them for free on the internet.
