  • In this episode we'll look at how to create a classic style coin-op newspaper dispenser machine that will be used for 1/6 scale dioramas. Will go over the materials needed. And look at the finished product.

    I think you mean 1/12 scale?. Marvel legends are 6inches which is 1:12. You're dios are sick man!!! Seriously great work, very inspiring

      Thanks man. This is 1/6 scale prop made for 12" size figures not marvel legends. The Spider-Man figure comparison in the video is a Hot Toys figure.

    Great tutorial! Very realistic. I have one question. How did you paint the foam core board? Doesn't it have paper on the outside. How did you get the paper not to warp?

      I took out the outside paper of the craft foam. That's what I normally do when using them.

    Love your work! How do u print the pics to scale? I have been looking everywhere to try to learn how to do that... might be a great tutorial video for us beginners

      Ronald Ellis I actually modify the image and scale it to a desired size prior to printing. I use Cad as my editing and layout software.

    Wonderful Tutorial!!! Great Newspaper Vending Machine!!!! But please, what do you use for the "Elbow" of the conduits, that's on the wall just to the side of the Vending Machine?

      Kristie McKay I use hot glue for the foams and modge podge glue for the others
