Tsukki's block on Ushijima was more impactful because we saw his progression from nonchalent bully who didnt care much to a guy passionate enough to work on his blocking skills and cry out when he did it 🥺😭👊🏽👊🏽 Same with Yamaguchi and his 5 points on Aoba Johsai. And of course today's perfect receive from my baby boy Hinata 🥺🥺🥺🥰
not sure if its because im watching it currently, but this is my favorite season of Haikyu so far... not as focused on hinata/kageyama as much, its about Karasuno
Even more than that, it’s not as much focused on Karasuno; it’s focused on Nekoma, Inarizaki and all the teams in this tournament. I love that, makes the games so much more memorable.
@Rettinum its only natural as comparing to the fact they are in nationals we see a lot of extremely good players ( aran, hosiumi, miya, sakusa) and on top of that we are seeing our main Character s going thru an insane character developement ( physical ,and mental,) we also get a Lott if hype like every episode ( kageyamas serve , tsukii block and spike, hinata jump and reciev) and the show is taking time to enhance our knowledge of all side /main chars so we feel like we really know them so I only think its natural to feel thisbid the best season
Literally cried when he had that beautiful receive. Another moment in Haikyuu that have hit in the feels... Another moment earlier in the season when kageyama said he meet another little giant and said to him “you can fly even higher”
Bro I love that you mentioned or acknowledged that this is an anime that has no light beams or whatever cause that’s so true. And despite that fact, it still manages to get you hyped up just like any other shonen anime. It’s an anime about sports. It’s so realistic in terms of building characters that it’s hard to hate the lot of em too. Idk what I’m saying but I get what he said lol
in the manga the rest of Seijou is watching the match too, and Kindaichi was actually mentally rooting for Hinata (thinking 'Cmon Hinata, do something') before Hinata did the receive.
I agree, all the dialogue, flashback scenes are important and make me appreciate the characters and the series much more!!! Our little Hinata is leveling up, proud of him!!
Agree too all the dialogue make us connected with all the team. This is the reason why sometimes we root for other team than Karasuno, or at least we feel the excitement for the other team. I can't count the number of time when i was supporting Seijo, even against Karasuno. Such a good manga/anime!!
Haikyu! has always excelled at character development. Season 4 has been no different. It's been amazing. It makes the hype moments in the matches worth it. You're right, it's damn near impossible to hate anyone in this series. Even if you ride for Karasuno, the other characters/teams are just THAT good and unique. It's a treat to have a perspective from characters outside of the "hero" team.
3 things why this episode is my fav of this season. 1. The motto for Inarizaki is so cool. Not perfect, but the drive to move & look forward I can respect. 2. Hinata's receive. I love the explanation - that one play you work hard for and ypu manage to pull it off. The amount of build-up for that pay-off moment was SO worth. And Hinata being straighforward firing his teammates up - awesome. 3. The animation. The fact that they got it so right for this episode is part of why it is so damn impactful. Still would've loved it if it had been a bit off but I am so glad it looks as epic as it does.
When Asahi got blocked by Atsumu it was like a payback from previous episode when Aran got blocked by Kageyama. Both setters blocking their opponents aces. Just love that detail very much
Dude I have seen so many reactions to Haikyu, and most people just say really obvious statements or fake reactions but you are genuinely so funny! I can tell you're fully invested in the anime cause your expressions mirror exactly what I think when I'm watching haha. Keep it up!
I totally agree with you. People complain about the dialogue this season aren't TRUE TRUE fans of the show. We gotta remember that this is nationals they want to make every moment count even the little ones. This season has been soooooo good. Love how we still get these great backstories from our team. Just cherish the anime while it's here guys the manga is already over, enjoy every moment of the anime. Oh yeah I legit cried during that moment lul. my boy hinata been through so much.
"The Birth of the Serene King" - The title of the next episode is Hinata himself Serene: Calm, collected, untroubled, in peace, tranquil. Edit: The main difference between Hinata compared to the other players as explained in the anime and in this video is because *"he only plays for volleyball and is GRATEFUL for everything he experiences."* Despite all the criticisms from coaches and players, he stepped up to become better *not because he wanna shove to their faces that they are wrong, but to show his PASSION for volleyball.* *He diverted his perspective to the point that it is sure that he'll not be shattered (hence serene) because he is grateful for everything he receives from countless people he met and he will meet in the future.* Thanks for reading if you did!

Yes,I think Kags, Atsumu and Hinata are all on the same level but it's just that setters can't be as carefree as Hinata. Like Hinata's "I'm just gonna play and I don't really pay that much attention to the score" Setters can't do that. They have to *think* I understand why it looks like Hinata loves it more but it's actually just because of his position plus still being a baby crow with sooo much room to grow, he's not at that level yet (which will change)

@@nchuopacu does that makes sense tho? Atsumu is pretty much crazy go stupid and he had the same cempetition with Osamu than Kags and Hinata had. I've read the manga and I don't see why there is a difference in their love for volleyball. Can you explain what you mean exactly?
@@Kim-ng4ti that part after jackadlers match in wich hinata and kageyama are counting their wins and loses since school and asking if they should include practices matchs etc and atsumu goes away saying "just hearing all that makes me tired" so for me the only person that can acompany hinata on his hunger for volleyball is kageyama and vice versa (as seen in kageyama's flashback that hinata is the one for kageyama) is not that atsumu doesnt love volleyball in a stupid way but he isnt this super crazy that are hinata and kageyama and how they take this partnership and rivalry seriously, is the same with hoshiumi, atsumu and him are kinda similar in this way (their type of love for volley) but only hinata and kageyama goes such lenghts for their passions in this sport (maybe oikawa also). But i think that even tho hinata and kageyama are playing half of the year in diferents teams what they have doesnt come close to any other character

I am always so excited to see a notification from your channel.
People love the big moments but they forget about all the hard work of exposition that it takes to go give context to those moments which makes them powerful.
Yo, this is why i love watching your reactions. You cry when we cry, you get hype when we get hype. It means you’re invested as much as we are. Thank you. This moment, and the rest of this match, is one of the best moments in this series hands down. Can’t wait for you to see what will happen next.
I got hit in the feels so hard when Hinata finally did a clean receive, he's been working so hard for that one moment, and although it might've seemed like a normal receive to others, it meant everything to him. I love this anime so goddamn much
What Osamu says is very similar to Hinata and Kageyama speaking to Yachi about why they wanna win. They just think that volleyball is as essential to them as eating food. When Osamu realizes this I cried... ❤❤
You're probably the best reactor in my opinion. Your reactions is not just for yourself its for the audience aswell. You get me hyped even more than just watching haikyuu by myself. All love bro
Really happy to see one of the best episodes coming out on my birthday! Hinata showing up how much he has grown and waiting to see what tanaka asked kageyama :o
I think that a big portion of the people not that satisfied with this season are actually manga readers (not all of them obviously). The author went all out for this match on paper and brought it in a level the anime just couldn’t portray back (even if, a big fault of this is COVID, we are all aware) but at the same time there are amazing shots and episodes like this, so overall it was a good season as always.
My favorite episode this season!! I was so excited when he got that receive after the crazy double setting play and then he got that crazy far out save!
When Tanaka received the serve this episode it went right back to the opponents side. Thats exactly why Nishinoya "took" that serve in episode 16. You let your liberos receive possible.
This episode hit really hard, indeed. Not only our little shrimp is being recognized, but he's also inspiring everyone around. He really has come a long way, and I can't help but feel like a proud parent.
It only gets better from here XD hehe :D And plus have people noticed that Furudate flexing on his writing that both round 2 matches were mirror matches for Nekoma (vs Suruwaka Tech) and then Kurasuno with Inarizaki?
Hinata’s high receive is also a call back to “take it easy Hyakuzawa” (which is why Hyakuzawa was shown first) since that rally was filled with tension and Hinata gave the team relief. Loved this in the manga.
This whole arc is a culmination and pay off of so many things throughout the 3 others seasons building up to these little moments in these rallies. I can't believe people have been hating on this season.
You don't have to hold yourself back from being emotional. Enjoy each moment in the way that you want for yourself. It's a show about people living life through a sport and there's nothing wrong with tearing up and crying with them.
this is it. this is what it means to play volleyball. you receive, you pass, you spike. and when you get better and better at each one of the fundamentals, you get addicted. and it's the best addiction there is.
I’m trying to see them boys eat. This episode was so hype to me. Great reaction and I feel you Lax with not wanting to understand “fans” who just want to see a crazy point or a great block. I love that Haikyū builds up little moments that make the big moments that much more impactful. I know that their is going to be a moment at the end of this season that will have every fan on their feet and maybe balling their eyes out. I love that MHA does the same.
I now understand, the ending. "One Day", such a powerful statement. Hinata has come so far...and that's why he's hungry, and that's why he's the "sun" Can't believe I almost cried when Hinata made that receive. I love this

I remember the feelings at practice, winning and losing at competition and maybe relate even too much to Haikyuu characters, I can't even count how many times I've cried when reading the manga and crying even more when seeing their raw emotions animated 😅 And I think that many athletes watching Haikyuu feels the same way

@winsloe SPOILER
Im so excited to see how they animate "birth of the quite king" along with Tanaka's line shot and of course the climax of the match. Actually just the rest of the match lol.
The battle of the trash heap was mentally exhausting yet so frikken great. It's my fav match of the manga. The panels and everything omg 😭❤️
The rest of this match is insane man this is just the beginning
This episode got me so hyped. At that moment I was like “hinata gone get it” he’s reading the game
When the screen turned white I was like WAIT IS HINATA GONE GET IT?!??!?!?!?! super hype
Bruh when they tried to block the twin I was like “he’s gonna set it” under my breath and then when I seen them finna hit I was like hinatas finna be there and I just started crying after that
"I don't care about what the animation looks like, i'm still gon watch it".
- Lax 2020
NOW THIS IS WHY WE LOVE YOU SENPAI. KEEP AT IT!! ALL THE LOVE!!
lol yeah not like the show should put effort into being well animated or drawn right? if the animation sucks it sucks and it should be criticized.
Totally agree! Just have to ignore all the entitled children whining about the animation. Can really tell that they’re just newbies who’s never been through the phase where you’re just grateful to even have anime in the 1st place.
Him just appreciating the show, appreciating the efforts of everyone - animators, writers, composers, directors, voice actors, and characters, it’s so wholesome of him. It’s something that made me like him compared to the rest of the reactors.
@@brunothompson6157 Easy don't watch it
@@clarev.377 hi, haikuu is one of my fave mangas of all time. The animation studio rushed and badly animated some of my fave moments of the series (fave for a lot of people too) and you’re saying it’s childish to give a reasonable complaint?
The author did a really good job of writing Inarizaki, I’m lowkey rooting for them in this match
forreal? lol when I read the manga, I hated Inarizaki, and I really wanted to punt Atsumu's face so many times
@@yrvjutrtubxsyi same LMAO
@@yrvjutrtubxsyi I think The voice actor is doing a freaking great job at transmiting Atsumu's emotions, you can feel there is no malice, he is just excited to play. Maybe, as you were reading the manga you "Heard" Atsumu in a different way?
Just hear dub and sub Oikawa, it's like two different characters.
For real
@@pedroaugusto1642 You're right on. When I read the manga, it wasn't until later in the series that I liked Atsumu, but the voice actor in the anime speaks volumes for the character, and he's better because of it.
I'd also like to mention how cool the whole "We don't need memories" motto is, it really surprised me its a super interesting mentality that i really liked, kind of inspiring, not gonna lie
"you're just a weaker version of bokuto."
"biTCH???"
Exactly how I reacted when I first read that scene in the manga 😂
This season is so good for so many reasons. This show isn't just about a kid who can run and spike quickly. There's so much emotion and character development over a huge cast of characters. Idk maybe I'm just biased I guess, but so far I've been loving this season.
You are definitely right about those fake fans or at least fans that just want the hype moments
I really dislike the idea that you have to like a show for specific reasons to be a "real" fan. That's pure gatekeeping. If you enjoy it, you're a fan. That's it
@@somasora7 im definitely not gatekeeping. Just agreeing with laxone said. I'm just enjoying the anime too. But there'd be people like that yep.
@@Squeekysquid fr. They are the people who only wanna see the play but don't appreciate the story. They behaving like they watching a rl match. But if you want only watch the play than go watch some matches on TV in rl
I think the training sessions, back story and inner dialogue are what make the hype moments more hype. Tsukki's block on Ushijima was more impactful because we saw his progression from nonchalent bully who didnt care much to a guy passionate enough to work on his blocking skills and cry out when he did it 🥺😭👊🏽👊🏽
Same with Yamaguchi and his 5 points on Aoba Johsai. And of course today's perfect receive from my baby boy Hinata 🥺🥺🥺🥰
@@somasora7 nah man fuck all that if they cant appreciate a show fully because of their pea brains thats on them
Lmao his reaction to Oomimi's remark about Tanaka.
BIITCHH??!?!!?
Lmfao it was my exact reaction too
Hinata is slowly becoming his own person and is growing from being useful JUST because of Kageyama
not sure if its because im watching it currently, but this is my favorite season of Haikyu so far... not as focused on hinata/kageyama as much, its about Karasuno
@Zyfi then hop of this fucking video
I would agree but the outsourced episodes kinda ruined it tbh
Exactly!!
Hinata’s receive was clean
Literally cried when he had that beautiful receive. Another moment in Haikyuu that have hit in the feels... Another moment earlier in the season when kageyama said he meet another little giant and said to him “you can fly even higher”
THE WAY LAX SCRUNCHES HIS EYES @ 14:46 TRYING NOT TO CRY LIKE??? MOOD?????????
I was so loud and hyped about Hinata’s receive that my mom called to check on me 😂
3 things why this episode is my fav of this season.
Ngl, this episode got me more than the past ones. Theres no way to tell what is gonna happen! So hype
100%
That was the best episode of the whole season so far
When Asahi got blocked by Atsumu it was like a payback from previous episode when Aran got blocked by Kageyama. Both setters blocking their opponents aces. Just love that detail very much
so hyped he knocked over that can next to his light, LET'S GOOOOO
Dude I have seen so many reactions to Haikyu, and most people just say really obvious statements or fake reactions but you are genuinely so funny! I can tell you're fully invested in the anime cause your expressions mirror exactly what I think when I'm watching haha. Keep it up!
hinata with that flawless receive
I totally agree with you. People complain about the dialogue this season aren't TRUE TRUE fans of the show. We gotta remember that this is nationals they want to make every moment count even the little ones. This season has been soooooo good. Love how we still get these great backstories from our team. Just cherish the anime while it's here guys the manga is already over, enjoy every moment of the anime. Oh yeah I legit cried during that moment lul. my boy hinata been through so much.
8:42 when omimi said Tanaka was just a weak version of Bokuto and you went "Bitch?!" LMAOOO WE ON THE SAME BOAT
Man, it's such a great feeling to see hard work pay off
"The Birth of the Serene King" - The title of the next episode is Hinata himself
Serene: Calm, collected, untroubled, in peace, tranquil.
I hope this happen💯❤️
Probably one of the best comments I've read, love it. 🥰🥰💜💜
I woke up at 12, just to wait for this episode. Realized that there’s an hour difference between PH and JPN, so I wouldn’t get the episode until after JPN. And let me tell you, that this episode, and as a manga reader, WAS EVERYTHING. I had to hold myself from yelling but I couldn’t help crying watching Hinata’s receive because I felt for him during the Ballboy Arc, I actually loved that arc for his development and growth and I was SO EXCITED to see how’d you’d react! Thanks for your amazing reactions!!!! Stay safe always!
SAMEEE
waiting for the next game with that open sets
@@vayush08 UGHHHHH THE NEKOMA MATCH WAS SO STRESSFUL IN THE MANGA, HOW MUCH MORE IF IT WERE ANIMATED?! 😭😭😭😭😭 BUT I STILL CAN’T WAIT! KAMOMEDAI AS WELL!
When I saw the volleyball scoped in Hinata’s vision, I did one of my signature “hyped laughing and fist pumping” moves. Love this episode
My dawg looking like he in some serious pain holding them feels back 🤣
The middle blocker who blocked tanaka: You're just the weaker version of Bokuto
AyoLaxzone: Bitch!?
Hinata might not be the "Little Giant" yet, but he sure is Karasuno's little sunshine.
“Your just a weaker version of bokuto” I meannnn he’s not wrong but he didn’t have to say it like damn💀
14:52 His smile made me cry lol That's too bright!!
When the "Baby Bird" OST started kicking in during that insane rally!
8:40- “you’re just a weaker version of Bokuto” BI*CH! (Lol that was my reaction too) 🤣
I appreciated the talk at the beginning reminding people to just slow it down a bit and simply have fun.
The begins of the ninja shoyo "the manga readers will understand" ;)
Hinata was the spark everybody needed
Because he is the sun haha he gives Sunshine shonen Smiles to everyone
I love this season. I am here for every moment that's in every episode the backstory and growth. Ugh the moments in each episode always gets me. That's my hype!!❤❤
I think atsumu and hinata love for volleyball is on the same level tbh.
I'm gonna spoil it it's because uhmmmmm hahahaha nothing because they love volleyball
Yes,I think Kags, Atsumu and Hinata are all on the same level but it's just that setters can't be as carefree as Hinata. Like Hinata's "I'm just gonna play and I don't really pay that much attention to the score" Setters can't do that. They have to *think*
I understand why it looks like Hinata loves it more but it's actually just because of his position plus still being a baby crow with sooo much room to grow, he's not at that level yet (which will change)
Nah hinata love for volleyball os more like kageyama (with their competition and everything if you read the whole manga) atsumu loves volleyball a lot but not crazy go stupid
I say this every week but this is the best and my favorite episode. From screaming due to the tension and force inarizaki keeps on piling on karasuno to hinata's perfect receive. Damn. So thankful hinata's receive is given justice by the animation team. Also the way they used music to emphasize just how big of a moment that is to his character growth. Ang ganda talaga 😭
man this episode got me reeeeeeeally in the feels I was so fucking happy 10/10 episode
Really thought we’re gonna see some tears today haha, great reaction and insight as always. Can’t wait til next week!
This is one of the best episodes this season for me
I love how Hinata always manages to say something that makes the team relax and take some of the pressure off 😂😂
I swear everytime a new episode of Haikyuu comes out, I get extremely excited for both watching the episode and waiting for AyoLaxzone to Upload the video of him reacting
I watched this episode earlier went to the gym and lifted 20-30% more than what I normally do such a motivational episode for me
14:55 UNDERRATED! This is basically what Haikyuu is. You see the journey of a little guy who just wants to play volleyball, which is the big guys game like basketball.
dos cosas perfectas de los viernes:
1. Nuevo capítulo de Haikyuu!
One of the best episodes of Haikyuu man, so good. Got emotional with he Hinata stuff. Made me so proud to see him constantly grow and get to another level on his own and to lift the team
I literally cried on every single episode of HAIKYUU since few weeks ago.
EVERY. SINGLE. EPISODE.
What a good anime
This is literally where I go after watching every episode.
I love your reactions!!!!!!! I feel like I’ve commented this before, but you have such a wonderful grasp of the characters motivations and growth, it makes me so happy to hear your thoughts on each episode. (And not just for Haikyuu, all your reactions are really insightful and show how much you enjoy and are invested in the story being told). I am always so excited to see a notification from your channel.
People love the big moments but they forget about all the hard work of exposition that it takes to go give context to those moments which makes them powerful.
Haikyuu is one of the hypest shows in my book
Yo, this is why i love watching your reactions. You cry when we cry, you get hype when we get hype. It means you’re invested as much as we are. Thank you. This moment, and the rest of this match, is one of the best moments in this series hands down. Can’t wait for you to see what will happen next.
I got hit in the feels so hard when Hinata finally did a clean receive, he's been working so hard for that one moment, and although it might've seemed like a normal receive to others, it meant everything to him. I love this anime so goddamn much
Bruhhh I was waiting for thiss thankss homie
What Osamu says is very similar to Hinata and Kageyama speaking to Yachi about why they wanna win. They just think that volleyball is as essential to them as eating food. When Osamu realizes this I cried... ❤❤
You're probably the best reactor in my opinion. Your reactions is not just for yourself its for the audience aswell. You get me hyped even more than just watching haikyuu by myself. All love bro
Dude, watching you is a treat. Love the authenticity in your reactions homie!
this episode was CRAZY. Breh I love how you just get proper emotional during those parts of the episode. Respect!!
Man this guy’s reactions are the best, honestly makes my day :)
Inarizaki's motto is my fav in haikyuu... and this episode had so many iconic scenes... beautiful
Damn the first thing that came to my mind when hinata received was "I wonder how AyoLaxzone gonna react to this?"
It only gets better from here XD hehe :D
And plus have people noticed that Furudate flexing on his writing that both round 2 matches were mirror matches for Nekoma (vs Suruwaka Tech) and then Kurasuno with Inarizaki?
Hinata has come so far...and that's why he's hungry, and that's why he's the "sun"
Can't believe I almost cried when Hinata made that receive. I love this
First video I watch from you and that intro as something I haven't see in a while, so good to hear such articulate and thoughtfull comments on the series. I'll definetly follow for more
Haikyuu always manages to hit me in the feels, I guess the main reason is that at their age I was a national level athlete and had to quit due injury when I was 17 and now watching Haikyuu all the memories comes back. I remember the feelings at practice, winning and losing at competition and maybe relate even too much to Haikyuu characters, I can't even count how many times I've cried when reading the manga and crying even more when seeing their raw emotions animated 😅 And I think that many athletes watching Haikyuu feels the same way
is it just me but im rlly loving the new jazz music with the trumpet and saxophones on the background this season
BOY... BOY, I'VE CRIED... Edge of the chair, all tense, rooting constantly for Karasuno, and MY GOD, how i've cried, there was A LOT of screaming... And a lot, and i mean, A LOT OF CRYING!
all of Hinata’s efforts were displayed and it was a real demonstration of his growth. And then the overwhelming display of inarazaki. This episode was beautiful.
Team "Loving the episode so much I had to watch tons of reactions to appreciate it more and more"
this episode was INSANE! by far my fav from all off HaikyuU!
When it went white and showed Hinata receiving... my heart felt so full. I was so damn happy, I smiled so hard and cried tears of happiness for him. MY BOY’S WORK FINALLY PAID OFF!!!! 😭
