Julie is one of the nicest & most pleasant clients I have met at ARV. She stopped by for some touch-ups and adjustments a while back, and wrote a two-word review on the white board by my work bench: "You're Awesome!" So are you, Julie! glad to see you are enjoying your van, hope to see you at the Fest!
Wow! Just spectacular. My initial thought when she walked in was "oh, it's small - no shower/toilet..." Boy was I wrong! And the refrigerator! Thank you, Julie & Patrick!!
The vacuum is brilliant. I imagine van floors get dirty pretty fast with all the in and out. Also the self leveling mechanism is incredible!
At 62 this is everything I would want as a female. Great van for a senior citizen that still is active and travels.
Love to see how proud and happy she is with her new van.
I love how she thought about rounding the corners of the cabinets, and that shower/toilet combo! But, to also think about a place for her cPap. "nobody wants to hear me snore" HAHA, and the magnetic curtains are one of my favorites!... Great space. Love it.
This is my favorite van build that I have seen on your site, Patrick. I love the outside cabinet that goes through to the inside. The outside storage compartments are great. Love the curved cabinets. I like the running board. That bathroom is very innovative. I love how every bit of space is used. I am saving this video so I can remember the name of the company that built this. I would love to know the cost of this build. So many wonderful details.
So many awesome features in her van! I’m saving this one to use some of these ideas for my first build. Love it!
Pricey or not, I bet there is always something folks will learn from seeing others’ set ups. Just lovely- I especially love that the dear owner knows enough, but not everything about her van. 💙
I like the toilet/shower solution. When you get older and have to use the loo more often, a good toilet is a must.
This was GREAT! I actually feel refreshed after watching her tour. She makes you feel like you're right there. Her honest personality is awesome as well. BLESSINGS to you and yours! 🕊️
Hi, What a great build, the design, rom the shower to the tanks, beautiful. Every person you interview Patrick, is smart, and pleasant to listen to. Thank you.
Almost 27 minutes and I sat thru it bec robert is really a handsome van. I love that hes just the length of a car you can park anywhere and wont need a large vehicle license but has everything Julie needs.
This is the most detailed, thought out, luxurious build I have ever seen. Wow!
That conversion is a beauty. ARV is always on point. Love their designs & I've never heard anyone say a bad word about them. Way outta my price range, but a girl can dream. Another great tour Patrick!
This is a beautiful build! I love the bathroom! Safe journey's, Julie! Thank you for sharing!
ARV is located in Solon Ohio, about 45 min from where I live. They are without a doubt the best custom van builder in the industry, but they are expensive. I'm guessing this van was about $275k because it doesn't have a ton of over the top features, but ARV vans can go up to $500k when fully loaded with every amazing feature they offer. If you can keep the options to a minimum they are not much more than Airstream vans, which are terrible quality. ARV is well worth the price, especially if you plan to keep it for the long term. Buy once cry once!
What a wonderful owner and adventurer and Van build! Thank you Patrick for showing this van and doing a top notch informative interview as always!
WoW Gorgeous van ! well thought out , functional and pleasing to the eye an owners paradise. Fun to see how proud the owner is of living off grid and enjoying the outdoors, hope she has a great time skiing . Thanks for sharing 😍🚐🌟👍
