That is a solid van. The owners didn't skimp on anything! Even a porcelin sink! Everything looks top notch: the drawers, the bathroom, the TV, the decor! And why not? If you are going to live in a van, you might as well have the most comfortable van out there.

This is probably the most unique layout I’ve ever seen. I love it. For me personally, I think this would be the design that would work best for my life if I were to finally take the plunge and live the van life. I love this. Well done.
I totally agree! I've seen 100's and 100's of these videos and this layout is extremely unique. Most of the time, the layouts that I see that are unique are really over the top. By this, I mean they are like a hobit house or a fairy cottage or something out of a cartoon or children's fantasy book. It's not just the layout that is unique, but the furnishings, details, and design choices are beyond unique, and always quite cluttered looking. I love seeing them, but they are typically something that is unique to that person's taste and not something that would be for the masses. People would either love it or hate it. This build is different because the layout is quite unique, but also quite "normal". It's not over the top or extremely eclectic. It's not cluttered. It is absolutely stunning and I can't imagine someone looking at it and not finding it appealing. Well done!
I am in shock that he was able to fit all that and make it still seem so spacious! its beautiful. i wish i could have something like that. he really should consider building these for a living or even seeling his designs/blueprints. I mean, god that thing is gorgeous. i would rather live in there than my house! I have definitely had 'favorites' before but this easily takes the top spot. I mean come on, a second bed? in a van!? that bathroom?! the GARAGE SPACE ALONE! MASSIVE! The little hatch space going into the front, even the picture on a hinge covering the control panels. This guy is brilliant.

Great build! I love that the kitchen is not on the sliding door side. For some reason Americans build their kitchens on the door side and it looks like it cuts off 1/2 the door access. I wouldn’t be happy in a van because right now we’re in a 20’ travel trailer and I hate having to make up the bed and take it down every night. Being at a “certain age” I’m ready for a dedicated bed and separate dining table!! But it is a beautiful build and it’s wonderful you both can travel while you’re young enough to get around, have fun and enjoy the trip. Just don’t take your good health for granted!! This absolutely insane Van. Beautiful and yet so efficient in all the right spots. Probably my favorite Van all time. Definitly will be using this to inspire my own van one day.
I am not usually a fan of this style of van... however I really appreciated this one. I do wish they had a permanent bed... but with the configuration that would not work. LOVE the tv lift and the garage. Hopefully one day they can get the recirculating water for the shower.. then this would be pretty amazing.

From what I have seen, on the first attempt, most people don't get their van to work for them the way they thought it would. I don't recall you telling us if this was your first attempt, but if it was, WOW! Even more so if it was required to accommodate a second person after the design was finalised. Great build, when the windows are open it really makes you feel like your looking at a house, the spare bed looked awesome and I love how the bathroom has a toilet and shower. Because for those van builds with out showers and toilets, I don’t know how they live. Anyway it’s a great van build god job 😁
I love this van Build. Absolutely brilliant with the extra 🛌 and the garage. I really liked the little entryway from the back of the can to the front cab. Sweet kitty 🐱 too.
I bet it’s up front in the cab, although they don’t mention it. Perhaps they’ve taught Joey to use the toilet (it’s opening up the door that’s tricky). LOL
This is the best of the best van build I've seen so far. Neat and spacious. Toilet shower combo is great and ready to use anytime. No hassles there. Love it. What van is that btw? Wheel base?
Great design, looks almost like a tiny house. Does not look like a van on the inside. Really like having windows on both sides so you can see what's going on behind you.
Best layout (if I were to copy it) I’ve seen. Great for lone traveller with option to open up double bed for company. Who made it, looks crazy professional.
@@josephmiddleton3181 - As a single person, I would just use the single bed as well. Wouldn't need a pullout bed for company, they could just sleep on the couch cushion. Bathroom is tall enough but not wide enough for elbow room washing hair. But still love the overall design.

I’ve been watching tiny house movement, schoolies and van conversions for the last five years. This is the most classy and well thought out van conversion I’ve seen. So wish I was younger and healthier. There would be no other way to live.

Very impressive van build. The layout is functional and I cannot believe you have so much space in your garage with a bunk bed above. The bathroom, wetsuit hanging area, outdoor shower, simply amazing layout and build. Lovely home, pretty inside, and lots of engineering features that make me say, 'Wow!'. Nate - the low key background music and mostly silence is very much appreciated. Great work!
Just when I thought I had seen every van build out there, this video came up in my feed. This is such a unique build. I absolutely love your style/taste, so I think the kitchen is stunning. The TV is amazing!! I am also one of those folks who will have to have a bathroom, and I like the unique placement of yours. The twin guest bed is gorgeous. Fantastic van build one if the best uses if space I've seen and retaining sense of space while having everything! The second single bed is genius idea aswell for a daytime chill out or if one of you isn't feeling great, not having to make the main bed up to be able to relax/have a lay down is great.. Looks great aswell and love the TV and fact the toilet emptying access is inside the garage compartment as opposed to on the outside of the van just another thing to keep the outside more Van-like/less hassle aswell cutting into the main bodywork.. All in all love this van conversion! Think I'll be taking some ideas from this one when I build mine for sure!
Unusual design, possibly unique! I think you will encourage a lot of imitators. The bathroom works well at the back and the idea of two beds is handy for times when you can't stand each other. Everything seems to have been executed with tremendous quality and I like your updates - like the warm shower - based on your experiences. But the thing you have to ask yourself, John, is does Emily love you for yourself, or for your VAN!

Love the kitchen and bathroom, also the hide a way TV. The guest room is cute for someone small but the main bed looks rather uncomfortable and a hassle to make up and put away every day. That window into the cab? Not for the old, I can't imagine trying to get into the cab in a hurry through that. Great garage and set up for power and water.

I've seen hundreds of vans this is the first European van build I've seen I like that day bed and sectional style couch bed excellent quality too looks just like home

I’m not these guys obviously but We were camping in the middle of nowhere in the countryside in Italy last year when at around 1am we had to leave because around 20 cars of kids turned up and started an actual rave with our van in the centre of it 😂 I definitely didn’t want to get out of the van in my pjs at that point!

All the 80's van campers used to have larger rear bathrooms with a tub, toilet and small sink/wardrobe..It would go across the whole rear...

From what I have seen, on the first attempt, most people don't get their van to work for them the way they thought it would. I don't recall you telling us if this was your first attempt, but if it was, WOW! Even more so if it was required to accommodate a second person after the design was finalised. Brilliant!... thank you!

Great design. You even have a toilet and shower and sitting area and bed!! And a complete kitchen. Wish all those who live in van life will follow the design rather than not having a toilet and shower. One to the Best I have seen so far.

Great build, when the windows are open it really makes you feel like your looking at a house, the spare bed looked awesome and I love how the bathroom has a toilet and shower. Because for those van builds with out showers and toilets, I don’t know how they live. Anyway it’s a great van build god job 😁

I love this van Build. Absolutely brilliant with the extra 🛌 and the garage. I really liked the little entryway from the back of the can to the front cab. Sweet kitty 🐱 too.

Perhaps they’ve taught Joey to use the toilet (it’s opening up the door that’s tricky). LOL
One van build I saw they mentioned choosing not to have a litter box in the van and taught their cat to do their business outside instead.

This is the best of the best van build I've seen so far. Neat and spacious. Toilet shower combo is great and ready to use anytime. No hassles there. Love it. What van is that btw? Wheel base?
Great design, looks almost like a tiny house. Does not look like a van on the inside. Really like having windows on both sides so you can see what's going on behind you.

Best layout (if I were to copy it) I’ve seen. Great for lone traveller with option to open up double bed for company. Who made it, looks crazy professional.
You have to be short and skinny thin to have 2 people in this layout

@@josephmiddleton3181 - As a single person, I would just use the single bed as well. Wouldn't need a pullout bed for company, they could just sleep on the couch cushion. Bathroom is tall enough but not wide enough for elbow room washing hair. But still love the overall design.

I’ve been watching tiny house movement, schoolies and van conversions for the last five years. This is the most classy and well thought out van conversion I’ve seen. So wish I was younger and healthier. There would be no other way to live.
Love the look of it! But that's definitely a very tiny fridge so I couldn't help but rolled my eyes when she said they've got plenty of room in there, even for their prosecco lol! Who's she trying to kid?! 😂

Very impressive van build. The layout is functional and I cannot believe you have so much space in your garage with a bunk bed above. The bathroom, wetsuit hanging area, outdoor shower, simply amazing layout and build. Lovely home, pretty inside, and lots of engineering features that make me say, 'Wow!'.

Just when I thought I had seen every van build out there, this video came up in my feed. This is such a unique build. I absolutely love your style/taste, so I think the kitchen is stunning. The TV is amazing!! I am also one of those folks who will have to have a bathroom, and I like the unique placement of yours. The twin guest bed is gorgeous. I absolutely love the idea, and I love that you made it really nice. It does not look like an afterthought. This is a fantastic design!!

Fantastic van build one if the best uses if space I've seen and retaining sense of space while having everything! The second single bed is genius idea aswell for a daytime chill out or if one of you isn't feeling great, not having to make the main bed up to be able to relax/have a lay down is great..
Looks great aswell and love the TV and fact the toilet emptying access is inside the garage compartment as opposed to on the outside of the van just another thing to keep the outside more Van-like/less hassle aswell cutting into the main bodywork..
All in all love this van conversion! Think I'll be taking some ideas from this one when I build mine for sure!
Unusual design, possibly unique! I think you will encourage a lot of imitators. The bathroom works well at the back and the idea of two beds is handy for times when you can't stand each other. Everything seems to have been executed with tremendous quality and I like your updates - like the warm shower - based on your experiences. But the thing you have to ask yourself, John, is does Emily love you for yourself, or for your VAN!

The best floor plan I’ve seen so far
Love the kitchen and bathroom, also the hide a way TV. The guest room is cute for someone small but the main bed looks rather uncomfortable and a hassle to make up and put away every day. That window into the cab? Not for the old, I can't imagine trying to get into the cab in a hurry through that. Great garage and set up for power and water.

I've seen hundreds of vans this is the first European van build I've seen I like that day bed and sectional style couch bed excellent quality too looks just like home
I loveee this one. Seems much safer than the usual swivel seats you see in most can builds

I'm dying to hear the story time when you had to use that exit to driving area in a pinch.
I’m not these guys obviously but We were camping in the middle of nowhere in the countryside in Italy last year when at around 1am we had to leave because around 20 cars of kids turned up and started an actual rave with our van in the centre of it 😂 I definitely didn’t want to get out of the van in my pjs at that point!

They may be small those lights but very bright and practical as give you lighting throughout 👍
