I would say for floyd to be a trainer I think he would be great at it but being a trainer while being a promoter would get a little dicey and affect business.

I’m a 13 year old amateur, and I do running in the morning, and then boxing in the evening. Boxing workout: 3 rounds skip rope, 3 rounds shadow boxing, 4 rounds mitts or sparring, depending on the day, 3 rounds heavy bag, 3 rounds reflex bag, 2 rounds double end bag, and then agility, drills, and strength training. That’s a few days a week, and I do strength and conditioning other days.
