Hey, JPerm. I’ve heard a lot of beaf about the Tornado V2’s corner cutting issues. A lot of cubers have that out of the box and I’ve heard that a day later, the corner cutting seems to be all fine. I personally don’t have this cube myself, but I feel like your turning style feels more comfortable after a few break ins with the cube.
My friend, who is a legit non-cuber, got the X-Man Tornado cube, and boy, did he show off. Due to his show off, many people scrambled it out of curiosity and later he would come to me and plead me to solve it. It was a hilarious experience. P.S. I'm a cuber 😀
I’d probably say 43 minutes. Once you hit edge pairing, I don’t think it will have a significant time increase over other big ones. It’s mostly just a lot of time for centers!
I have the tornado v2 and out of the box it was really tight then I switched the axis distance to no.2 and the tension on no.3 and the magnet setting on the second strongest setting and It became more controllable and smooth I think you(Dylan) should also try these setting
I've done the initial algorithm selection and fingertrick practice with all the cases. I KNOW all the algs, I just can't recall which one to apply on which case right now lol. Hopefully soon though, fingers crossed.
