You do NOT need to take a hair wash every day! It strips the scalp of it's natural oils. One only needs to take a hair wash twice a week or so.

@@tejaswanilanka3267 Generally shower doesnt always refer to just a body bath. It refers to both together. If people usually mean just body, they usually specify. And when not specified, it usually means both.
Well it depends on the person some people don’t need to wash their hair very often but for people like me I have very oily hair and I wash my hair 4-5 times a week
@@jenixelle8298 Hey! The hair tends to get extra oily if you wash your hair too often. Because when you deprive your scalp of it's natural oils so quickly, it works twice as hard to segregate even more. And hence making your hair even more oily. Try reducing the washes to twice a week. It might make your hair less oily. Hope that helps! 😊
Nayana Premnath I’ve tried that for a while but it doesn’t really work for me my head gets very itchy if I do not wash my hair often. I have pin straight hair as well so the oil travels very easily in addition to working out regularly. In general I have very oily skin.

This is not very scientific.
Body hair is actually a vital barrier against infections, and removing it leaves the skin vulnerable to rashes, chafing and potential infections. Women have been conditioned into thinking of body hair removal as hygienic whereas this does not at all apply for men. Why?
Moreover intimate washes can cause massive changes in healthy microbiota in and around the vagina and vulva. The healthy female genitalia (yes, including the hair) is good at self cleaning, and the kind of products which actually help and don’t disrupt this are not well understood.
It’s important to give such advice to the general public after consulting a doctor, or at least put a disclaimer.

I came across a version of Qur'an recently which was translated in English. say fr example a person staying in India chooses islam but doesn't know arbi maybe they can read it bcz they can read urdo n it's similar in writing but they obviously wouldn't understnd the meaning of the words so they opt fr a version that comes with translation. so this version I got was translated in English n it was additional quotes n mistranslations n extra sentences added that are not present in the original form. I thought ppl knew about this only I didn't know. but I guess I'm not alone babe.

Shaving is a personal choice. And there's a reason why we have armpit hair.
What? No.. actually there is no known reason/use of armpit hair.
It is a personal choice, but if you keep it trimmed, the sweat won't remain trapped in it and it wouldn't smell bad. Also for some people that pubic hair starts itching if it grows too long.

All the tips are quite true except for the intimate wash tip. Vag cleans itself n doesn't require any washes. One can use water and very mild soap as well.

Can I use white vinegar for the feet
Hey there, yes you can, vinegar has antifungal properties, soaking feet in a vinegar foot bath could help fight off fungal infections. There are further benefits to a vinegar soak. It could remove dry, cracked or dead skin cells from your feet. One part of white vinegar, when mixed with two parts of warm water, can be used as a soak for the feet. You can use a pumice stone to scrub.
