Rene, you hit in ALL in the right places. I'm going through everything you're talking about. I put in a 1 week notice to get away from the crazy lady that has made me stressed for over 2 years, because I am ready to beat her down. And I will go to jail if I stay there.

Here's what I mean: So far, you have handled the situation with your best available mental resources. And the person in question is doing the same. She is difficult because of her mental resources. That said, she is not doing it to you. She is doing it to herself, family members and friends as well. She is suffering internally regardless of what she looks like externally. Unfortunately, you will never know for sure. However, do not hand your power over to another a stranger or someone you only work with. Do not waste your energy and focus. As I said to all my coaching clients, the problem will not go away by quitting the job or leaving the relationship. It will take another form somewhere else. What remains constant is the self or the ego. In fact, it's the source of the hurt and disappointment. What someone does or says is nothing but a trigger. I invite you to do some deep inner exploration to learn more about yourself. There's a "you" who can work with twenty jerks and find peace and joy. And that "you" is the one that leads you to this video and this conversation. I hope you understand. My intent here is not to judge you or your co-worker. It's just that lately I have been in touch with universal suffering. Almost everyone is suffering one way or another. Unfortunately, most people take it out on others. @@renegodefroy Ty for your response. For my sake, and since there are other jobs out there, it is best I leave. I pray daily. I don't like the way the bad energy in that place makes me feel. I dealt with 3 of those narcissistic bullying women, all who are, and were friends till 2 of them turned on each other. I prayed about the situation, and I HAVE to leave. One of the women had so many evil spirits inside her that I couldn't look her in the eyes. When she got angry, stuff would fall. And one day the glue machine started moving up and down all by itself. She didn't want me working with her that day is why. I walked away and started praying. Rene, would YOU want to continue to work there?
