Great post Ken, I didn't know that fact regarding the back cover, and like we've discussed before, who makes these decisions, Someone put fangs on the US feline, Someone put Red Raven logo on US Raven Someone put Spain title as Under the name of spain on US Aural sculpture, That's what makes it so fascinating being a collector, it's a great (sometimes costly) hobby. An odd one Ken! I've seen one many years ago I don't remember the sleeve being faded like that! The rear picture is much better than the UK! The inner bag was a white paper bag! It was at a record fair a long time ago and it was battered and too much money! Anything from South America is a little worn a pristine copy seems rare! But a good find!
Very strange, Ian. If it was fading from the sunlight, youd've thought the fading would be around the edges (or uniform all over). Agree about the back cover too. I figured as much about the inner bag. I need to add the French pressing for unusualness, as that's got a gatefold cover and the German pressing as the 'A' side (or is it the 'B') opens with the wrong standard track.
@NoMoreHeroesPunkPostPunk Well I've got French gatefold of Rattus and the German gatefold of Live x cert! The German Copy of early pressings of Rattus opens with Goodbye Toulouse then Sometimes! Correct listing on the label! But normal listing on the sleeve just to make it difficult to find! I was on my game years ago! 😆 stopped it now!
