हावा गफ हान्दि रा क्य।पहिलो चरणमा bearing,pree medical र medical हुन्छ त्यसमा पास भएपछि IQ हुन्छ ,त्यसपछि लाेकसेवा हुन्छ जुनमा gk,nepali,english ,math हुन्छ।लाेकसेवा पास गरेकाे भनेकाे 20% मात्र selection process हाे अनि लाेक सेवामा पास भएपछि GTO हुन्छ र GTO पछि TO अनि TO पछि IO हुन्छ र full medical(Bord medical) हुन्छ। GTO, TO,IO भित्र नि धेरै प्रकारकाे परिक्षा हुन्छ अनी BOARD interview हुन्छ अनि interview अनुसार त्याे व्यक्ति कस्तो हाे भनी अनुसन्धान गर्न लगाउछ जुन रास्ट्रिय अनुसन्धान बिभाग ,केन्द्रीय अनुसन्धान बिभाग र नेपाली सेनाकै सुराकी बाट हुन्छ र last मा board confrance हुन्छ।GTO मा fail हुने TO दिन पाउदैन TO मा fail हुनेले IO दिन पाउदैन ।bord confrence मा final result आएपछि भर्ना छनोट माहासाखा ले जेभन्छ त्याे अनुसार गर्नु पर्छ।
