Lack of confidence

Thank you Krishna Thapa Ji for interesting insight. Seems like individualism is encouraged and thrives in the SAS, where as Gurkha regiments has a culture of Collectivism, which is deliberately kept this way as this is how we were raised, what we are comfortable with, and works well for the purpose of the regiment. Still it's good to see the rise of individualism amongst the Gurkhas and showing they can achieve greater heights.
