Chicken Little is the best summon in Kingdom Hearts 2. There are so many swarm and protect fights that he makes easy by literally distracting every enemy on screen and he even attacks while doing so. Let alone he is the first summon you get in the game. Though Peter Pan is better for bosses.

Fun Fact : Black Caldron is a hidden Disney movie cause it got a lot of conteversy cause it got a lot of jump scares and was too scary to be called Disney anymore
It least it had beautiful animation and well meaning characters. Sure Gurdy was annoying as Hell, but at least he wasn’t mean spirited unlike the characters of Chicken Little. The animation In Chicken Little was ugly and the characters were mean spirited, it makes Black Cauldron look like a masterpiece.

21:03 Black Cauldron also has one of the most terrifying and evil villains in Disney history ( terrifying and evil in a good way) in the form of the Horned King which despite being pure evil through and through is easily the best part of the movie.
But Gurgi ruined the film but the only good thing about him is the sacrifice he made to stop the undead army!
So yeah, pre-gargoyles character to tone down the darkness via mood whiplash, and has a similar voice to Jar Jar. But without the Jamaican-esque accent!
I actually loved Planes when I was younger... I thought the moral is that "No matter who you are, hard work and determination will always bring fruit.." 😅😅

Chicken Little was my first impression of what social life at school could be like. A lot of the bad messages went right over my 4-year-old head, though. Some of the jokes were entertaining, and I liked Sci-fi... and the aliens turned friendly at the end. I left the theater happy about it due to the fact that I was comparing it to the previous movie that I watched there which scared me.
Be careful about posting a story like that. This is after all the sole instance where the opinion is the fact! This movie is pro-bullying propaganda from the Disney CEO and you would HAVE to know that.

Have you watched Saberspark's "What the HELL is "Mars Needs Moms"? Oh Jeebus the money they lost on this movie is astounding! Not to mention he brings up a lot of what PhantomStrider brings up. I'm not trying to advertise another channel here but the video is so accurate to the disaster that is that "film".

I'm not really a cartoon connoisseur like these guys or BlameitonJorge are, but something about the way they talk about the things in their videos, you don't need to know any technical jargon to thoroughly enjoy their content. I've learned a few things watching their stuff too (which episodes were nominated for awards, which ones stirred controversy, etc.) and it shows just how passionate they are about this stuff. Strider for example puts very elegant words in his examples, whether it is giving a movie a graceful, genuine, all around positive review. Or (and this is my personal favorite) he can't stand something and would "rather hear nails on a chalkboard than 'so-and-so's' voice" or "treating children like they're stupid" and the tone of his voice when using positive or negative reviews makes you understand just how much he appreciates or loathes something. In fact that's the reason I subscribed to PhantomStrider, his descriptions of how he sees these things really hooked me as a viewer.

I think everybody liked Chicken Little for only two reasons:
1) Childhood is not demanding in quality
2) No one really were aware that was a Disney movie
I have a theory now: The original idea for Mulan 2 was the three army friends and their girlfriends, but the executives didn't think it'd work unless Mulan was front and center.
So, the team made a dumpsterfire because they didn't want to have Mulan play a big part anyway

When I was sick and watching this, I didn’t know if it was because I was sick, or because of this movie that I threw up. When I first saw a review I just thought, “Wait this is a Disney movie?”

Same here, I LOATHE ads. Especially the ones that interrupt you for no reason! Like, how would those a-holes like it, if we interrupted THEM while THEY were trying to watch something?! Seriously, it's a pain in the ass! I DESPISE ads, If it wasn't obvious enough. I'd rather watch 15 minutes of a blank screen then watch ANY ad, unless that ad had Ryan Reynolds or Keanu Reeves or someone else who's just as cool as them, like Mark Hamill or Sir Patrick Stewart, for example. But other than those examples, screw ads. Screw them.

It feels like I'm stuck in purgatory, being punished by having to watch the slowest, most boring ads of all time. Or for games I'm not interested in. Or for consoles I don't even have, like the Xbox 1, or something. I don't know why ads have to be so boring. Even the 6 second ones bore me. It's like, get to the point already, because I didn't come here to watch ads and stare at Gamora from Guardians Of The Galaxy try and sell me something. Do I mind seeing her in a bikini? No, honestly, but it's not the right time to be trying to sell something either. Maybe come back later, and don't interrupt people. That's just bad manners, just saying. Not that I'm a stickler for manners, but interrupting people while they're trying to watch a video isn't going to make them want to buy whatever it is you're wasting our time with, you know? I also enjoy Nintendo ads, but that's because they know what they're doing. They know how to promote things. They're not just wasting your time. But other ads, always the same bs, especially mobile games. Never been a fan of mobile games. So why would I want to see something like that? I liked Chicken Little when I was kid. I watched it again recently and I was like "what the hell, how did I watch this when I was little?" It's so mean spirited. You're just watching this chicken suffer, and it's even worse when you realize that the characters are supposed to be in middle school.
SkyWaterfire02 From childhood to now, I pity the protagonist so much. Most of the entire film was depressing to watch, until the aliens showed up, and he ends up as the hero of the story.

I actually own(or did own) a copy of a Black Cauldron book.
For a while, disney had produced book versions of their movies for kids to read, even star wars had them. They were retellings of the story, but written in a way kids learning to read can understand and enjoy. It was my favorite book when I was younger.
So basically a book based on a movie... Based on a book...

I'm one of the few people who liked Chicken Little. I thought that it was pretty good. I didn't love it, it wasn't great, but I enjoyed it. That said, you're still entitled to your opinion, phantomstrider8, and I found your video excellent.

Its hate is constructed from how HORRIBLE they try expressing their moral. I, honestly, thought Chicken Little could've been a good movie, as it had some pretty decent parts to it, but unnecessary cruelty, pop songs every 5 seconds, and a boring story are the only three things making this up and that's not anything I'd recommend watching.

Teen beach movie was a big part of my childhood. Even if it was bad, it was always an enjoyable movie for me and my friends
And also, after doing some googling on Planes, I found out Dusty (the acrophobic crop plane protagonist) comes from Minnesota. As a native Minnesotan myself I always love seeing representation of my home state since it feels few and far between- even if this movie wasn’t that good.

I feel so bad for Mark Dindal when he made Chicken Little. After the release of the movie, he quit Walt Disney Animation. The man did nothing wrong, he had a story idea that would have been completely different but it was torn apart by creative mess. So, if there is anyone to blame for the film being bad and messy, it's then Walt Disney Feature Animation president David Stainton.
The side plot of Mulan 2 with the soldiers and the princess is the best part of the film

#10: Agreed. I never even saw the first Mulan until a few years ago, and I finally did at one point. I loved it! The 2nd one definitely didn't hit me the same way. The only plus side was the remake of "A Girl Worth Fighting For" and seeing those 3 guys again.

#1: This one, I honestly enjoy, but not due to the reasons why it's hated. I admit that yes, the whole treatment toward the 3 main children (especially Chicken Little) was awful, and the father was definitely horrible until the end. I was into the aliens' robot suits from the start, LOL. And the alien child was adorable, so it's more for the aliens and their tech that I liked the movie, and I was an innocent kid who didn't know about these things and how much they could affect someone in reality (namely the horrible parenting; I found the "popular vs unpopular" thing a form of mockery of how students used to have their cliques and have "popular girls" or whatnot, but to have a teacher do it is definitely out of line). I can see this being a controversial take on my end, but now that I'm an ADULT!!!! I do realize that the stereotypes and cruelty are awful.

For some reason Chicken Little is my favourite modern Disney movie. It was the satire of that highschool vibe and the huge redemption arc of the third act that does it for me.

Despite how much I love Chicken Little, I have to agree that the movie was pretty cruel. Also I noticed that you referenced the song "Love is an Open Door" from the movie Frozen, I think that movie along with its sequel should have been on this list.

I've forgotten just how INCREDIBLY cruel just how the animal citizens of Chicken's town were towards Chicken Little over a mistake like "the sky is falling!", even after a YEAR later (which they're going to make a VERY insulting film about him!). HOW IN ALL OF CREATION anyone finds this to be acceptable?! >:( I can't believe I let the kids I baby-sit see this!
I have a weird nostalgia for Chicken Little, mostly because I got to see it in theaters as a kid. Interestingly, my school took us there to see it as a field trip. I couldn’t say no to that.
