I just researched this bike. I had heard of it before but completely forgot about it. The thing looks ridiculous but definitely belongs on this list lol.
Will probably end up being the perfect do it all option. I actually ride with a guy occasionally who is looking for that same bike to serve the same purposes as you.

I used the cutthroat in California. excellent bike for gnarly terrain. And the trail donkey along with the Flaaminal are definitely excellent choices

I just picked up a 2015 Cannondale F29 Carbon lefty in hopes to turn it into a gravel/ easy trail bike ...

@@bisarowood you could slap some drop bars on it and maybe change the gearing to make it more road/gravel gearing.
