I know everybody loves the 64131, and I'd say that, if you're a new player, it's definitely the better truck for getting to know how to play the game and figuring stuff out. That 200L tank is a bit frustrating, but it's much faster than the 64131, slightly more capable, just as versatile in terms of addons, and even a bit cheaper. Don't get me wrong, I see the appeal for both, and the fact that you can get the 64131 at such a low rank is a huge plus, but as someone who has used both trucks for many tasks, I can say that ultimately, I almost always lean toward the 5319.

For fuel efficiency, I think maybe you can make a new test, same load, same road, how many percentage of full fuel tank consumed. For example, truck A have 300L tank, average drain is 8L/min, finished the test in 15 min, 150L,50%, truck B have only 200L tank, average drain is 11L/min, but finished the test in only 10 min, 90L,45%, because truck B runs way faster than A, so actually truck B can last longer route than truck A, though A have better fuel consumption and larger tank. I say this because I use ANK MK38 in recent tasks in Alaska, it defines what is fuel thirsty and have a small 200L tank, but I actually don't have fuel problem, because this beast have always-on AWD and diff-lock, crazy fast no matter on-road or off-road, always reach its destination before run out of fuel.
Due to its limited fuel capacity I mainly use the 5319 as quick-ish "rescue crane". It does a pretty good job and fuel is usually not an issue for those short stints.

So how this characteristic "power-to-weight" actually works? Its killing me, i still cant understand it. The red one has A+ the green one has A but its obviously more powerfull. Hidden numbers in the game are pissing me off.
Best way to check is to put a crane or same engine on each truck and see how much it affects the bars, that's the only truthful way to make sense of those made up stats
Power to weight means : Power divided by weight. Simple math, with the same engine but lighter truck you get a better power to weight ratio. With a stronger engine and same weight - > better ratio. This stay doesn't mean much to be honest, as a very light truck with a good ratio won't mean anything, it'll probably pull much less than an heavy truck with a C ratio
There are 2 types of power an engine has. Horsepower and torque. Horsepower allows vehicles to go faster quicker and torque is what gives vehicles the power to pull. Take for example the international loadstar, its got an s+ power rating but its not exactly the fastest but it can winch and pull even the biggest of trucks and heaviest of loads without an issue. The azov 64131 has higher torque than the other azov so despite its horsepower being a lot lower its power to weight ratio is the same.
Plus different ratios for the gearbox and diffs = different transfer to speed and traction etc so while this truck has a faster speed if you were to take it thru these terrains long distance and over multiple obstacles it might turn out a different
Goop thats true but the P16 also has the highest amount of tire grip in the game, making it the most viable vehicle for pulling in mud, both are great trucks tho
Goop towing power means nothing when you have no grip in the deep mud, its near impossible to get the P16 stuck, the P12 is a different story, as it has the same tire grip values as most of the other trucks. the 10x10 azov can use mini crane and flatbed while pulling a trailer. only down side the nose is low and likes to catch and slow u done in rough terrain
I have to check that but most of trucks can't do that... But few I know that can do that, these are fleetstar, paystar, white freightliner are the one I know because I used them
@@acdc837, how can it be? this truck has constantly locked diff and permanent all-wheel-drive. Which means it's turning radius is terrible... look at the final comparison of these two.
At my opinion they are both very useful, but in different ways! I didn’t buy the Azov 64131 becouse I like more the speed of the 5319 but even the 64131 is also great as it is very constant and going slow SOMETIMES means less damage!!😅 Keep growing!!!!!!❤❤️🔥
Azov 6 series is the best scout on new maps...it can go and go and go...and after many missions you unlock all map and only then need to refuel. With other trucks you are racing for fuel source all the time PS: chained tire is worse than mud tire even in snow..worse than offroad tire in mud
@C-Bomb that is just a glitch that can be patched All truck can do that so it can be applied to all. But lets drive as intended, hardcore style, no such "smartass" type of uses.
The Azov 64131 is very consistent. It runs for miles with little cost of fuel, and has little problem with mud with it's 4 axles. Still, i find it a little too slow for my taste. It's also really easy to tip over. Which is always going to be a problem with it since you can't equip it with twin wheels for extra stability. It also turns like a boat. But it's a good early truck since you can pretty much buy this at the beginning of the game.
I'd say take the 5319 for short distance tasks or whenever time plays a role like in trials and competitions and the 64131 for long distance or freight circle hauls as well as on maps without fuel stations and or trailer shops.
So what I got from this is, one is of average speed but very consistent and lasts longer giving you a reliable machine to work with, while the other is a fast vehicle that likes to go fast and do things faster but isn't very easy to control and last less than half the time of the first one.
I prefer the 5319 (camo one) with the high range because you can just leave it in high and skip across everything But I keep the 64131 as a rescue truck as it is very reliable
I'm glad I got the 6. Had to put the seismic vibrator on it. There's no way I could have gotten that job done pulling a fuel trailer around. It gives up a little in some areas, a lot in others, but it still performs well and does what I need of it.
I just recently bought both of these trucks and i love them the big one makes for a good work truck because it has amazing fuel economy and i use the other one as a rescue truck cause overall though they are both great and i would recommend them
I’ve noticed you don’t always pick the best mud tyres, the last one in the selection normally isn’t the best, it’s the second to last with the tractor style tread. There’s a thread on reddit with the values of each tyre and this shows this 👍🏼
The second one is better for mud, the last one is better for dirt. Here is the link for everyone who wonders: www.reddit.com/r/snowrunner/comments/gfap16/i_wondered_about_the_differences_between_the_tire/?
I feel like some of the better off-road trucks are put at a large disadvantage in these comparisons in low gear. Especially trucks like the TUV where the reason they excel is because they can maintain basically top speed without low gear in any terrain
The 5319 is basically for the fellow low patience people like myself XD Also the Azovs are the best type of truck in the game - these two in the vid plus the 73210 and 42-20 Antarctic are all beasts!!!
Azov 73210 is my favorite. Can always have a crane on it (except with seismic because it seems to be bugged). Yes it has a long chin which does hang it up sometimes. Sometimes it comes to a stop briefly when it hits things but rarely takes any mechanical damage when doing so. Can have spare tires always equipped. Can tote 6 cargo units using a flatbed or sideboard and ramped trailer while also having crane and spare tires. Love this thing. Feels like the most versatile truck if you are not bothered by the chin overhang issues. Lower center of gravity so not very tippy. Can haul the largest loads. Great truck.
can confirm its incredibly stable and pretty capable (the rearmost axle kinda ruins the suspension geometry, the rear bogie does not always have contact and cant flex too far because of the rearmost axle being like the front ones), but my favorite thing is that even with a crane its super stable offroad i slapped in the better gearbox, mid grade engine, and some mud tires, now it handles like a dream.
The 64131 is by far the best truck in the game. Playing multi-player, we have run every other truck against it and nothing performs better once you have a load on the back. With or without trailer, it just keeps going. Everything we have pitted it against has either needed rescuing by the 64131 during the "challenge", or was just left behind. The fact it is slow on tarmac is meaningless when there is so little running on it. Biggest plus though, and in the testing in this video it was handicapped by this, is that we rarely have to use the low gear as once it is in top gear it just keeps going more often than not. You only need to use low gear when the auto box won't cut it, but in the 64131 it is pretty much always up to the task,
Love all these vids but a huge thing to point out is that speed and going fast really isn't what this games about at all so in reality the 64131 blows this thing away when you consider doing jobs and making deliveries
I'm a big fan of the 5319 little less top heavy then the 64131 and the 50" tires have some to due with the mud and water speed to the standard 47" of most off road trucks. Keep the stock engine! the upgrade isn't that big a difference for the fuel mileage loss.
When I got a long heavy haul or want to rescue a truck and all the cargo another truck (like the ANK) dropped, 64131 all day. If I’ve got a quick sprint or have a good idea of where the fuel stops are, 5139.... or slap the fuel tank on the back and haul a trailer.
Is there a difference between snow and mud/deep mud.sure, i have to take chained tires for iced roads.but which tires are better for deep snow?mud tires or chained tires?
Basically it depends of what are you going to do, if you won't travel for long for for 5319, if you need to travel big distances get that 64131 after all it has a bigger tank and better fuel efficiency, and its looks are better to
Based in my experience Azov 5319 is fast when driving shallow water, muddy, road and floppy mud but using in high gear and the issue is when its so fast you might crash it or flip over like me E
Going on experience with MudRunner and SpinTires here, high speed is NOT preferable for big trucks like these. The 64131 trades high speed for even more reliability. It won't get you there fast, but it WILL get you there. But damn, those turn radii suck!
They're both the best, it just depends how easy it is to refuel on the map you're playing. Personally I usually take the 5319 unless range will be an issue then I take the 64131 or something else.
I sort of view these trucks like the tortoise (64131) and the hare (5319). One is hella fast and won't stop for anything until it runs out of fuel. At that point the other will slowly trundle along and win the race
I don’t mind the trucks being slow on road because if they are fast I always crash them and damage them horribly

@@vladvulcan Yes strange but this truck can drive even there, where only scout should drive. Serpentine between rocks and its just go. Unreally.
@@acdc837, how can it be? this truck has constantly locked diff and permanent all-wheel-drive. Which means it's turning radius is terrible... look at the final comparison of these two.
@@acdc837, а че ты вообще мне по английски отвечаешь? у тебя ник русский, считай... у меня тоже.

At my opinion they are both very useful, but in different ways!
I didn’t buy the Azov 64131 becouse I like more the speed of the 5319 but even the 64131 is also great as it is very constant and going slow SOMETIMES means less damage!!😅
Keep growing!!!!!!❤❤️🔥
Azov 6 series is the best scout on new maps...it can go and go and go...and after many missions you unlock all map and only then need to refuel.
With other trucks you are racing for fuel source all the time
PS: chained tire is worse than mud tire even in snow..worse than offroad tire in mud
@C-Bomb that is just a glitch that can be patched
All truck can do that so it can be applied to all.
Great vid, I’m looking forward to picking up the 64131, I’ll take fuel efficiency over speed any day of the week.
Fun fact: on the license plate of Azov 64131 wrote "П(050)ЁС" which is means "D(050)OG", on 5319's - "К(0550)ИТ" which is means "whale"
это да) а у американцев везде обычно "Хаски" написано. HU5K1 или XACK1

I'd say take the 5319 for short distance tasks or whenever time plays a role like in trials and competitions and the 64131 for long distance or freight circle hauls as well as on maps without fuel stations and or trailer shops.
I have yet to even look into this game but I have the 65228 in Mudrunner and that is probably the most underrated truck in the workshop 💯
The 64131 is perfect for the longhaul, Esoecially jumping to every map and not having to really worry about refueling...
So what I got from this is, one is of average speed but very consistent and lasts longer giving you a reliable machine to work with, while the other is a fast vehicle that likes to go fast and do things faster but isn't very easy to control and last less than half the time of the first one.
I love the Azov 64131, i'm using it for almost everything (sorry for my english)
Shut up you're English is perfect
@@devilishwolfie6975 Thank you
I prefer the 5319 (camo one) with the high range because you can just leave it in high and skip across everything
But I keep the 64131 as a rescue truck as it is very reliable
When I started this game, I used a slogan for myself. The slogan was: "When pulling a heavy load, you look at strength, not speed."
Trying it today 1st time I owned the game since release. well a lil in game xmas 🎄 to dad from dad to get these cements made into blocks
love the 64131, made me a lot of money. nice video ♥
I really like the look of azov 64131.
and I like the opposite. It looks like an armored military truck
@@vladvulcan which it is, basically
Summary: You take the 64131 to pace yourself on a long-range haul, while you drive the 5319 to sprint for gold-tier rewards in the timed events.
I'm glad I got the 6. Had to put the seismic vibrator on it. There's no way I could have gotten that job done pulling a fuel trailer around. It gives up a little in some areas, a lot in others, but it still performs well and does what I need of it.
I miss the Mudrunner type content! So glad to see you playing this game and comparing trucks!
You should test the Azov 5319 against the ANK
I bought the 64131 in Russia and went back to Michigan to complete it very early in the game, it's OP!
The extra set of wheels definitely helps.
I use the 64131 for EVERYTHING
same
I just recently bought both of these trucks and i love them the big one makes for a good work truck because it has amazing fuel economy and i use the other one as a rescue truck cause overall though they are both great and i would recommend them
Just by looking at the title and the picture of this video you can tell this is going to be a hard choice
Alaska is a walk in the park with the 5319 (stock engine) + offroad-gearbox in high gear. I finished almost all of mountain river in an hour or so
I’ve noticed you don’t always pick the best mud tyres, the last one in the selection normally isn’t the best, it’s the second to last with the tractor style tread. There’s a thread on reddit with the values of each tyre and this shows this 👍🏼
As long as the same choice is made for both trucks, it doesn't change anything to the comparison
+Kay Tse do you play this game?
The second one is better for mud, the last one is better for dirt. Here is the link for everyone who wonders: www.reddit.com/r/snowrunner/comments/gfap16/i_wondered_about_the_differences_between_the_tire/?
Troll ☝️
Great job as always!
I feel like some of the better off-road trucks are put at a large disadvantage in these comparisons in low gear. Especially trucks like the TUV where the reason they excel is because they can maintain basically top speed without low gear in any terrain
Love the video keep up with the great work
Отличное сравнение , крутое видео!👍
Please compare Voron series trucks and Tayga. There is a little mess and they looks mostly the same.
I'll soon
The 5319 is basically for the fellow low patience people like myself XD
Also the Azovs are the best type of truck in the game - these two in the vid plus the 73210 and 42-20 Antarctic are all beasts!!!
i still use my Voron truck but the Azov 73210 is my favorite Azov heavy truck for its steering and low body
Next tayga vs white western star
You should do a vid on which truck tis more top heavy because tipping pisses people off the most in the game. Good vid.
Great truck.
can confirm its incredibly stable and pretty capable (the rearmost axle kinda ruins the suspension geometry, the rear bogie does not always have contact and cant flex too far because of the rearmost axle being like the front ones), but my favorite thing is that even with a crane its super stable offroad
i slapped in the better gearbox, mid grade engine, and some mud tires, now it handles like a dream.
The fuel consumption on 131 almost feels bugged. It's so good. And I've gotten 319 stuck in places where the 131 didn't give a hoot.
You only need to use low gear when the auto box won't cut it, but in the 64131 it is pretty much always up to the task,
the 5319 is the only truck I ever ran out if fuel with mid mission. its great but easy to overestimate its range.
64131: you may have speed, but Im not hungry
Love all these vids but a huge thing to point out is that speed and going fast really isn't what this games about at all so in reality the 64131 blows this thing away when you consider doing jobs and making deliveries
The 64131 is the rig I used for most of my seismic vibrating.
helpful vid, thank you :)
👍Камаз!
I'm a big fan of the 5319 little less top heavy then the 64131 and the 50" tires have some to due with the mud and water speed to the standard 47" of most off road trucks. Keep the stock engine! the upgrade isn't that big a difference for the fuel mileage loss.
true
I love both :), real brothers.
I like how the 5319 can’t be damaged by crashing frontally
Hey man great Vids :D your scould add 1 more test. Cornering with big loads. some things tipping is a thing :)
You should do the royal vs the ank
ank would eat royal in breakfast
I think it does
@@alexanderwren1732 royal has awd but no diff lock.
@@alexanderwren1732 only thing that stops it is it's fuel tank
@@alexanderwren1732, it has AWD, it doesn't have difflock
Could you do international paystar vs royal bm17 please
5319 with the upgraded motor will fly over mud in High gear. He is insane for short course delivery.
I love your vids
P16 vs cat 745 please :)
nonsense, an RWD only truck against AWD articulated monster? you are insane
too bad they dont have the e7310 in this, i was expecting that to be the first mod anyone would make
When I got a long heavy haul or want to rescue a truck and all the cargo another truck (like the ANK) dropped, 64131 all day.
Snow is like mud, use mud tires.

Nice liked this video
damn that 5319 is fast, but that fuel consumption, ill have to try it :D
stuill prefere Azov 5319 because of it low profile and more offroad look. ;)
Can we get a video on what is the best voron (Ural) truck?
Basically it depends of what are you going to do, if you won't travel for long for for 5319, if you need to travel big distances get that 64131 after all it has a bigger tank and better fuel efficiency, and its looks are better to
Man, Ill just have both in this case
Based in my experience Azov 5319 is fast when driving shallow water, muddy, road and floppy mud but using in high gear and the issue is when its so fast you might crash it or flip over like me E
Btw i forgot the gear should be highway not offroad
Great video! Could you do one on Azov 64131 vs kolob 74941 ?
Going on experience with MudRunner and SpinTires here, high speed is NOT preferable for big trucks like these. The 64131 trades high speed for even more reliability. It won't get you there fast, but it WILL get you there.
But damn, those turn radii suck!
The big red boi is a submarine though, the whole cab can go underwater without stalling or even being effected, what other truck is a submarine
when i was in Alaska i went on a submarine adventure and spent 10 mins under water
one thing good is the Azov 5319 is a tank. the truck is nearly impervious to damage.
I m new to this game which one you guys suggest to purchase?
They're both the best, it just depends how easy it is to refuel on the map you're playing. Personally I usually take the 5319 unless range will be an issue then I take the 64131 or something else.
Put one on each map with a fuel tank to refuel the other one if it runs out
I sort of view these trucks like the tortoise (64131) and the hare (5319). One is hella fast and won't stop for anything until it runs out of fuel. At that point the other will slowly trundle along and win the race
I thought I had notifications on but apparently not.
