    One of the many things I love about Chris's workouts is that she makes them inclusive for everyone to be able to do something and try out different moves. You have two or three different options being given, so you can be a beginner or advanced, there is always something for everyone, no excuses. This was a great ab workout, I can feel my abs even now, after a couple of hours have passed. Thank you so much, Chris!

    Thank you so much for always showing modifications. I am amazed at the fact that I was able to do almost all of the ‘hardest’ options. I no longer have the mindset of ‘oh I can’t do that’ ❤

    My abs thank you Chris and Nastia! The comment above Nastia’s freckles from her daughter was so adorable ❤ That last move is such a simple exercise but it’s quite intense. It shows how good just using your own body weight can be challenging.

What a challenging workout.i really sweated it today.i really felt the ABS BURN.Awesome challenge.and i worked hard .there are some moves which i will have to go back and practice again.so i get better at them.but i really enjoyed the workout.and the challenge.but i really did push myself through the workout.thank you soo much chris AND NASTIA for this challenging workout.youre so right we were all begginers at one time.but the more we workout with you.and the girls the better we will get.thank you soo much chris AND NASTIA.FROM DANIEL.AND I DONE THE COOL DOWN AND STRETCH IN BOTH WORKOUTS SEE YOU TOMOROW👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍💪💪💪💪💪

    Any workout on my back feels great 😂 Super cool class!!! Lots of moves, modifications, and it felt fast because they are organized that way that you just quickly switch from one group of muscles to another. Loved it!!! ❤❤❤

    This AB workout is not crazy hard but it’s effective and doable. The first half is over before you know it. It might be because her guest, Nastia makes you laugh so much

    Thanks for ab/core without wrists. I like that I only had about 10 more minutes after a step and strength before I had to hop in the shower so I did one round. I do that a lot with your workouts, pick a favorite then add part of another at end to try. Thanks again ❤

    Great workout for the Abs.. Lots of laughter so your not concentrating to hard on the timing of the moves, or how many there are... The repeat flew by with all the laughter and fun facts... Curious to know if the Age spots count as Freckles, and if so I'm Positively Radiant!!

    I ve been doing your classes since 2020 during Covid. I always enjoy your energy and body alignment cues and variety. There has been a change over the past year or so in relation to instruction though. The addition of your new studio and being able to respond to comments live is distracting. Also the banter between you and a guest leaves the at home group out of the loop. It was hard for me to write this to you and I thought about it a lot and also looked for a way to make it personal and not for everyone to read but came up dry. Thank you for what you do.

    I liked that giving birth move. I got inexplicably exhausted last ewek, so IIm easing back into this week with mobility and abs. They are even more intense when you make them your main workout, not just an "add on." Folks who are live with you every day can be the eager beavers.
